What server rule or PK rule was violated?: First of all two cops shot at my car and i reacted by going all the way from the back to the front to shoot at them again because im an active threat for no reason but since they shot me they made me an active threat, so my friend swam away and i went back to shoot them. The UA can even check logs and see in a span of 2 minutes i went back and shot the cops that shot me for no reason. I will provide two short clips showing and summarizing everything. So in the first clip slow it down to a 0.5 speed and see two guns where fired at me for no reason, and also you can check logs we didnt run any officers down so that they a reason to shoot at us or anything. Because in the rules it states, Officers may not execute suspects, they must make an effort to arrest a suspect when possible render aid to a bleeding suspect. You can't kill someone if they are no longer an active threat between a reasonable pause. Thats when i went to hide to ambush them and in the second clip it shows they were waiting for us near apps to ambush us. general rules - killing rules 6: You may kill in self defence or in defence of your partners/faction/property (Must have F3). When you've been attacked by an aggressor and survive (you did not aggravate or bait them to hit you) you may return with a weapon to kill them. You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument. -However if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them. (Fists, melee weapon) As continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The user then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee you may not kill them. a. If the user is attacked they may flee and return later (5 minutes maximum) to exact revenge on the assailants as described under killing rule 6. b. If the user is subject to an active threat via knife or gunpoint they can choose to retaliate or instead leave peacefully. You were with him from Recovering the bones to where he dropped them inside the PD Bullpen to where he dropped them inside a faction business and you also said yourself that you already "knew what he was gonna to do" But yet you were still a part of it. On that note you were both warned for metagame during a mugging not even 30M Ago so i can assume you were probably in VC Together at the time talking about dropping body parts in a business as you were walking everywhere together and weren't talking whilst at the town hall. And additionally. you mentioned being Pked from Palermo's on the Fishing Docks before Clearly Targeting that Business Together.

Hi Person who got the orders and killed you here nobody was apart of and didnt know that you were about to be PK'd the reason you were PK'd as other people have said is that you have been selling guns illegally even after being told not to (Does not relate to the Racket abuse AT ALL since that is an OOC issue (Staff)) and anyone with a rank equal/higher than capo with permission can write the orders to kill you as you have stated you have had these experiences before so please add this into your experience as well to avoid getting PK'd from other factions for doing illegal things that can bring heat to the faction since if you do get caught with guns there are some ways detectives can work out where it came from etc as Jxy has said you are welcomed back if you want to but having a crashout on the forms and blaming the company for defending itself from YOUR wrong doings is not going to help you in any way and i suggest to you to continue the post with reasonable evidence and comments and not crashout if you do get PK'd from another faction due to reasons that are of your own wrong doings (if its not then just appeal with the evidence)

Racket abuse will get you PKed, or banned as stated before, in this case it was a PK.
