This is an extremely blatant PK hunting scenario - You had over 17 seconds in close proximity to the player, without tying them and still you imply they weren't complying with the mug when they clearly were - you just wanted to try and pull off a fast one. The fact you are mugging AT ALL is a wonder, after 3 perma-bans I think you should have learnt your lesson. You were also more recently told in a UA ticket to cut it out. Regardless of the context of you being hired to target mug a guy or not, it's clear you were intending on killing, not mugging. Nothing about the backstory you are telling explains, permits or in anyway justifies the behavior that happens during the mug, it's just a grasp at straws to justify your actions. You are genuinely lucky that I felt it'd be better to ban you for 4 weeks in this instance, as others were happy to perma you once again. On your next mugging related offense, you will almost certainly be re-perma'd. Have a good one and good luck on the appeal. Should it stand, the 4 weeks will hopefully serve as a reminder that you are on thin ice.

This is just simply RDM. Most akin to RDM for disrespect, or any other RDM that can be considered skipping the chain of escalation that is required prior to killing. Hi, so to elaborate more on both the map and the mugging scenario you're referring too: Yes, the bush there is intended as a red zone. It is a high-risk mugging spot. The issues with the mug in question lies more in the seclusion of the mug. As DutchCat had stated, the mugging was not secluded. Initiating in a yellow zone is within the rules, but not with witnesses present. The mug was initiated with 2 bystanders in Line of Sight (LOS) and assumedly both La Trattoria and La Volpe open and operating as businesses. Before tying is even completed, there are now 2 more bystanders - in this instance 2 police officers. Upon completing the tie, there is now an additional bystander. Overall there are 5 witnesses in clear LOS at the bare minimum. To pull some rules for you - 2. You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around. 6. The goal of this image is to help reduce fail mugs. It is a good guideline to follow, all rules listed in this section will supersede the map and staff have the final say regarding what is or isn't fail mug in a sit. That is to say that the seclusion rule (2.) supersedes the map's designation of the bush as a redzone, in this case. Clips provided by the banning admin prove both motive, plotting and active involvement in the powergame. Choosing to dispute on the basis that you "weren't even involved" is strictly untrue, and that false claim justifies keeping the ban as is.
