+1 very competent guy was in my crew for a while and picked the game up very fastly and rose up in PD very fastly and has done very good in the pending cartel, i think giving this guy staff is a unbiased eye that you rarely see in staff i have been arrested by him while i was his capo and with the few experiences I've seen of him he would be active in the PM times when there are rarely no staff i believe he has the drive for it.
