Hi, so to elaborate more on both the map and the mugging scenario you're referring too: Yes, the bush there is intended as a red zone. It is a high-risk mugging spot. The issues with the mug in question lies more in the seclusion of the mug. As DutchCat had stated, the mugging was not secluded. Initiating in a yellow zone is within the rules, but not with witnesses present. The mug was initiated with 2 bystanders in Line of Sight (LOS) and assumedly both La Trattoria and La Volpe open and operating as businesses. Before tying is even completed, there are now 2 more bystanders - in this instance 2 police officers. Upon completing the tie, there is now an additional bystander. Overall there are 5 witnesses in clear LOS at the bare minimum. To pull some rules for you - 2. None of the 3 of you were providing anything in the way of meaningful roleplay, were all off main or on new chars, and just copbaiting and messing around. Even in the sit you admitted your character was worthless to you and none of this mattered, you then started killing the other players mid sit, requiring you to be frozen. Your last ban was less than 2 weeks ago, for NITRP. If I could edit anything about your ban, I would just reword "Minge" to "NITRP" - to better explain why the ban was necessary. You have recent notes for a whole load of widespread rulebreaks - You have been around for awhile, you should know the rules. As a player with a large amount of notes and bans, and a lot of them recently for micspam, soundboard etc. I think the combination of continued micspamming, choosing a failname for your char and then abusing a relatively well-known mechanic justified a ban. That being said, you did allow yourself (for the most part) to be cuffed afterwards, and continue the arrest RP. I will give you benefit of the doubt that you did not understand that would be a rulebreak. You need to read up on our server rules and improve your general behavior when you are online - you have extensive notes and bans over a long period of time, and your bans will only be getting longer from here. I'd say a little over 10% of the server at any given time being cops seems completely reasonable, to me.

Hi, You have racked up 4 bans and 8 notes since the start of 2026. Double that since July last year. Some of these include AMRDM, NITRP, LTARP's, Minge, VDM, RDM, Prop Flying, Prop Flinging. Your behavior has been consistent for the last year. You had a recent note that stated you should be banned on your next offense, but had luckily made it through 2 more notes without receiving another ban. The VDM that people in the thread are referencing was likely the one handled by SuleG, who verbally warned you, minutes before I handled the other VDM that was more blatant and deliberate. The initial ban is certainly valid, as you did VDM and had a huge amount of priors. I banned you for 7 days, but upon reviewing your notes more indepth, I found a note that brought me to ask a higher member of staff who recommended you be perma'd. Good luck on your appeal!
