Hi, The situation that unfolded certainly constitutes RDM. Considering your previous notes, of which you have gained 3 in around 2 months, a ban for this 4th instance is completely valid. That being said, as this is your first ban, 5 days could be considered too long. Hi, Looking at the full detail of this case, and having liaised with the banning staff and members of UA - to me, you have not met the burden of proof to show that you were not aware or involved. You were involved with a mass char abuse scheme. When the bans began, you sprinted to the property where the abuse was happening to grab all of the drugs, hiding them in your personal stash. Worth noting is that your character was connected to the more than 10 bank accounts being used to store the products of the mass char abuse, so it would appear you were aware this was a rule break as you attempted to avoid the risk of losing your gains by using your stashes. With a large record of ~30 collective notes and bans, I find it hard to believe you could be ignorant to such blatant rule breaking. When you have a hand in the process of the char abuse, watch it happen first hand, and attempt to further profit from the operation once the bans roll in on everyone else - you still somehow never believed it to have been wrong? It is just not feasible to me. I believe the ban you received is relatively forgiving if anything.

Hi, Essentially this boils down to the RDM rules on Cops, as well as general escalation standards. there are still times when you can't shoot police and it would be considered RDM. You may not KOS Police for no reason. They must be specifically targeting you or a faction member for arrest/takedown. You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) In this case I do believe personally that the cop was being a bit of a nuisance, and realistically could have simply left the scene, but there was 0 attempt made to arrest, detain or otherwise even gather information by the Officer. Thus, shooting him in the back of the head is RDM. The other factor to consider for me, is your numerous notes for similar Fail Escalation rule breaks, and at least 1 note for Fail Escalation on a cop. If you believe a cop or other player is acting in a way to disrupt or ruin your ongoing roleplay, the correct course of action is to make a staff report in game for NITRP etc.

Hi, You randomly approached and then killed a man with a knife, for no apparent reason whatsoever. You have 2 prior notes within April for the same behavior, as well as other notes before then. Whilst it's unfortunate that the banning mod did not manage to pull you, you were AFK anyway, and the result would have been the exact same. Which is a 3 day ban for RDM with priors. The time between the kill and the ticket being finalized was around 40 minutes, which isn't massively abnormal. Bottom line is the sit wouldn't have changed the result, and if it could have you'd have had more to say in this appeal post. I have seen the clip and the logs to verify everything claimed by both the TM and banning mod.
