I already answered that argument in my appeal. I did not attack you based on the authority given by Rule 16. As you can see in this screenshot, these are two separate rules. One is about showing your ID and the other clearly states in Rule 17 of the Killing Rules that I am allowed to attack police officers to protect other members of my group. This rule does not include any additional conditions or any statement preventing me from shooting you. If the person next to me is someone who has been with me for a while and has my F3 the rule allows me to attack the police to protect them in situations like this. Also even if we assume there were no other staff members available and you had to handle the ticket yourself, why didnt you pull me into a staff sit and punish me without even letting me explain what I've explained here? You didn't give me the slightest opportunity to defend my actions.

I don't believe this was RDM, and even if it was, I don't think the situation was handled fairly or impartially. The rule written here clearly states that if becoming a felon is at stake we have the right to attack the police. I also understand that a possible counterargument would be that Cadet Jennay did not meet any of the conditions listed under "What is considered an attempt to arrest / detain you," BUT As shown in the rule below i am allowed to attack police officers to protect another person if they are a member of my group. After you gave us a lawful order i knew that if you searched my group member while he was carrying a weapon, you would find the firearm that would result in felony charges. Because of that i acted before you even attempted to search him and killed you based on the authority given to me by this rule. This rule does not say that any additional condition has to be met before i can protect another group member. It does not require you to have already arrested or detained them. I relied on Rule 17 of the Killing Rules along with the firearm rule directly above it, when I decided to shoot the officer. However instead of giving me a chance to explain my reasoning or handling it the same way any other player would by opening a ticket and waiting for another staff member, Jennay resolved the situation themselves and banned me without giving me an opportunity to defend my actions. Like I said I did use discord but what did say? Which is the most important thing before RP situation I mute so we don’t meta game and I use hand gestures or talk in another language or talk in radio to rp properly while are we getting that discord is not allowed ? And most people talk and chill and when there’s an rp situation they just deafen?

This incidence happened yesterday. Whenever there’s an in-game incidence happens I deafen in discord and start to use radio more or gesture language. Like for example as soon as I closed the door an we are in a red zone area I was quiet waiting for the main person to mug, so like there’s no need to talk in game when the thing is obvious so my clip you will hear my friend is talking and I’m quiet because I was checking if there’s any witnesses around us or no so we don’t fail mug and stuff like that. And then at the end I saw a blue vehicle thought it was a cop so I was panicking and saying there’s cops coming while I was deafend because you can see in the clip I didn’t stop or pause my clip to undeafen and tell my friends there’s cops, and bullets thought that I said cops are coming on discord. And then when I went on top of the roof to call for a pk on the people we mugged, I looked down there’s no cop was around us and that’s when I undeafend and asked for my friends for their clips for the pk so that I can call an admin for an pk. Because think about it this way I could’ve edited the clip and remove the last part where I was talking to myself but I kept the clip like it is. And also Trey Baker who got banned for metagaming he was talking in game while deafened too. Second thing i had my tool gun out on the menu checking for lights then i tab out and i see a guy with a gun and saying hands hands, anyways i tried to look who it is and i saw that one of them is popov and its matador, and the other is a person who doesnt work for popov which shows thats a target mug and we already have a ticket up for target mugging always.
