Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: First of all two cops shot at my car and i reacted by going all the way from the back to the front to shoot at them again because im an active threat for no reason but since they shot me they made me an active threat, so my friend swam away and i went back to shoot them. The UA can even check logs and see in a span of 2 minutes i went back and shot the cops that shot me for no reason. I will provide two short clips showing and summarizing everything. So in the first clip slow it down to a 0.5 speed and see two guns where fired at me for no reason, and also you can check logs we didnt run any officers down so that they a reason to shoot at us or anything. Because in the rules it states, Officers may not execute suspects, they must make an effort to arrest a suspect when possible render aid to a bleeding suspect. You can't kill someone if they are no longer an active threat between a reasonable pause. Thats when i went to hide to ambush them and in the second clip it shows they were waiting for us near apps to ambush us. general rules - killing rules 6: You may kill in self defence or in defence of your partners/faction/property (Must have F3). When you've been attacked by an aggressor and survive (you did not aggravate or bait them to hit you) you may return with a weapon to kill them. You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument. -However if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them. (Fists, melee weapon) As continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The user then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee you may not kill them. a. If the user is attacked they may flee and return later (5 minutes maximum) to exact revenge on the assailants as described under killing rule 6. b. If the user is subject to an active threat via knife or gunpoint they can choose to retaliate or instead leave peacefully. first things first, just accept the PK man, when first tanner told us to get to contact him in game so he can tell something serious, I was wondering what could it be. I had my friend who was a lawyer who was in kinahan and he left because auxiliary just got recruited to kinahan and got capo straight away. Hello Andy, I am writing this on behalf of myself and Tupac is posting it for me. What happened between me and Knowledge is none of your concern. In any situation you have 0 in character proof that any of these events ever occurred. The logs will show that Knowledge transferred most of his belongings over to me. For those who don't know Knowledge was one of the hardest working members of Supreme Team. He grinded hours each day, selling suits, guns, and bricks. He left the faction with three times the amount of money he inherited, and left multiple bank accounts full of guns ranging from all classes. There was no bad blood between Knowledge and the new don Trick, with any situation regarding Knowledges actions. If anything it was the opposite. Both Knowledge and Trick will attest to that they had a very close relationship throughout the history of the faction, and they still do to this date. You as an Underboss have no right to determine or act on behalf of the don in this situation. You are acting on your own behalf, neither the consig Danny or the don Trick ever supported any of these ideas, or actions. Why is jacob on a minge character with the sole purpose to help you carry out actions like these. He doesn't pay kickups, he doesn't contribute to the faction, he probably has less than 3 hours on the character. Why are you trusting him with killing a ranked member of leadership? There is no roleplay there WHATSOEVER. There is 0 recorded events of this character ever being used for any roleplay purposes. The ONLY reason why you choose him to carry it out because he was your friend out of character. My next question, why is saulshitman4 on his Bruno Scarfo high command character "The Wop" recording this pk? Why is he following jacob_80._94407 for THIRTY seconds across union square to the ATM. This is clearly a metagamed PK, with no merit. There is 0 roleplay here, this was all done out of character. They were associated with this PK because you are a former member of Bruno Scarfo. You were upset that I was getting the attention, and I was getting the recognition over yourself. You are power hungry, and self serving. You saw competition for your place and you acted.
