Hello Andy, I am writing this on behalf of myself and Tupac is posting it for me. What happened between me and Knowledge is none of your concern. In any situation you have 0 in character proof that any of these events ever occurred. The logs will show that Knowledge transferred most of his belongings over to me. For those who don't know Knowledge was one of the hardest working members of Supreme Team. He grinded hours each day, selling suits, guns, and bricks. He left the faction with three times the amount of money he inherited, and left multiple bank accounts full of guns ranging from all classes. There was no bad blood between Knowledge and the new don Trick, with any situation regarding Knowledges actions. If anything it was the opposite. Both Knowledge and Trick will attest to that they had a very close relationship throughout the history of the faction, and they still do to this date. You as an Underboss have no right to determine or act on behalf of the don in this situation. You are acting on your own behalf, neither the consig Danny or the don Trick ever supported any of these ideas, or actions. Why is jacob on a minge character with the sole purpose to help you carry out actions like these. He doesn't pay kickups, he doesn't contribute to the faction, he probably has less than 3 hours on the character. Why are you trusting him with killing a ranked member of leadership? There is no roleplay there WHATSOEVER. There is 0 recorded events of this character ever being used for any roleplay purposes. The ONLY reason why you choose him to carry it out because he was your friend out of character. My next question, why is saulshitman4 on his Bruno Scarfo high command character "The Wop" recording this pk? Why is he following jacob_80._94407 for THIRTY seconds across union square to the ATM. This is clearly a metagamed PK, with no merit. There is 0 roleplay here, this was all done out of character. They were associated with this PK because you are a former member of Bruno Scarfo. You were upset that I was getting the attention, and I was getting the recognition over yourself. You are power hungry, and self serving. You saw competition for your place and you acted. I already answered that argument in my appeal. I did not attack you based on the authority given by Rule 16. As you can see in this screenshot, these are two separate rules. One is about showing your ID and the other clearly states in Rule 17 of the Killing Rules that I am allowed to attack police officers to protect other members of my group. This rule does not include any additional conditions or any statement preventing me from shooting you. If the person next to me is someone who has been with me for a while and has my F3 the rule allows me to attack the police to protect them in situations like this. Also even if we assume there were no other staff members available and you had to handle the ticket yourself, why didnt you pull me into a staff sit and punish me without even letting me explain what I've explained here? I don't believe this was RDM, and even if it was, I don't think the situation was handled fairly or impartially. The rule written here clearly states that if becoming a felon is at stake we have the right to attack the police. I also understand that a possible counterargument would be that Cadet Jennay did not meet any of the conditions listed under "What is considered an attempt to arrest / detain you," BUT As shown in the rule below i am allowed to attack police officers to protect another person if they are a member of my group. After you gave us a lawful order i knew that if you searched my group member while he was carrying a weapon, you would find the firearm that would result in felony charges. Because of that i acted before you even attempted to search him and killed you based on the authority given to me by this rule. This incidence happened yesterday. Whenever there’s an in-game incidence happens I deafen in discord and start to use radio more or gesture language. Like for example as soon as I closed the door an we are in a red zone area I was quiet waiting for the main person to mug, so like there’s no need to talk in game when the thing is obvious so my clip you will hear my friend is talking and I’m quiet because I was checking if there’s any witnesses around us or no so we don’t fail mug and stuff like that. And then at the end I saw a blue vehicle thought it was a cop so I was panicking and saying there’s cops coming while I was deafend because you can see in the clip I didn’t stop or pause my clip to undeafen and tell my friends there’s cops, and bullets thought that I said cops are coming on discord. And then when I went on top of the roof to call for a pk on the people we mugged, I looked down there’s no cop was around us and that’s when I undeafend and asked for my friends for their clips for the pk so that I can call an admin for an pk.
