Breaking FearRP or showing disregard for your own life which results in death; this means if you kill yourself in an attempt to avoid an arrest or mugging, intentionally drowning or falling to your death to avoid detainment, or even having a friend or faction member kill you while you are detained are all considered a 'disregard for your own life' and can lead to a PK. I'm trying to figure out how and why this is against the rules. The person was noncompliant. Being non compliant during a mugging gets you killed. If you think for any second that a nga from my whitelist isn't strapped with a pm9, THEY are either retarded or your dead wrong - because everyone has a gun. They should not of kept moving on and off and simply just complied with the mugging and it would've never turned to a pk. I understand why "PK hunting" is being brought up due to the lack of restraints being used, but me personally? I'm not getting pked because some retard cant stand still. Either take it out completely since everyone's so fucking soft - or make it simple and not such a pain in the ass for someone to successfully perform a mugging. Hi so faction leader here, while I had no involvement with your PK - I have strict rules set around people under made/without permission selling firearms without proper licensing and the proper arms dealer role. Reason being, we have a legitimate gun store and when somebody sells an illegal firearm that works under one of our businesses it ultimately leads to their arrest, whether or not it ends up backfiring on our business is beside the point in this case. The pricing of the PM9's is also absolutely insane considering you were neglecting to sell it at the Garrison price, and setting your own prices which inevitably takes away from the business. You were apparently warned by the head enforcer and then continued such actions. Prior to this you also were advertising during a meeting that you were going to "bang out" with the people who mugged you instead of just simply taking a clip of the mugging and then handling it properly afterwards - which disrupted the meeting and could've been grounds for a PK then. We avoided it knowing you had been very upset due to the mugging. You being given multiple chances is something I don't do often, so I want to make it clear that this wasn't personal. I will say, sometimes its better to nail something in a players head for them to understand why they did something wrong, instead of just controlling them by telling them they are doing something wrong. In this case, I'm unsure of the conversation that took place with you and the H.E, so I won't blame either of you but in the future for any faction you are part of, I'd 99% of the time listen to your HC and if that 1% you need to double check with another HC member, do so.
