This would be a nice feature for those who call you over and over to troll. You shouldn't have to turn off your phone to stop operations in rumours cause of one or two people.

They are extremely busy and have to queue up/prioritize taking care of this stuff. They also have to look into and investigate every case because these decisions are not small. Be patient.
