Hello. I'm the second member of staff involved (The one who pked you) I Was asked if you were still active and checked the channel. Then Wrongfully told them you were indeed active as i didn't see a message stating you were unactive. They then killed you and called me saying that you were not active. to where i then set you active and said they had to Re-Find you and kill you again instead of me Retro Pking you. This was done to ensure fairness in the matter. but either way they did manage to both Kill you when you should've been active. then Re-find you and do it again. TLDR: He had to kill you twice because of staff confusion. either way you would've been dead armed or unarmed as can be seen from him having to kill you two times.

So two things in response to this. You were both banned as you were both involved in the situation. Just as you were involved in metagaming a mugging like 30m earlier. Where you received a metagame note (I should really extend this for the continued metagame you admitted to) It's the same in my opinion as if you were walking around with someone actively breaking the rules and actively knowing they'd be breaking the rules. With you admitting to being in a VC with him I can't argue that you weren't spurring him on in the moment to do so. Especially with you yourself mentioning that you didn't like the exact business you then targeted. I'm sure you can see how this looks

The cop shooting him was RDM But him returning and Rdming the cop who wasn't trying to arrest anyone and simply walking down the street at that time caused me to not warn either party as both were in the wrong. At the end of the day if a cop shoots you it's an IC Issue. But you can Actively Respond to it in an Active Situation On that note He cannot shoot from the drivers seat but if he got out of the car whilst being shot at or at the bottom of the road and THEN Returned fire. Wouldn't have been a PK. And on that topic walking up to three officers and Gunning one down isn't really "Valuing" One's life when there's two other armed officers next to him

You were with him from Recovering the bones to where he dropped them inside the PD Bullpen to where he dropped them inside a faction business and you also said yourself that you already "knew what he was gonna to do" But yet you were still a part of it. On that note you were both warned for metagame during a mugging not even 30M Ago so i can assume you were probably in VC Together at the time talking about dropping body parts in a business as you were walking everywhere together and weren't talking whilst at the town hall. And additionally. you mentioned being Pked from Palermo's on the Fishing Docks before Clearly Targeting that Business Together.

So Firstly. That isn't the reason for your Pk and i had no input in the matter so I'm not entirely sure why you're lying about the situation from the get-go. After you were PKED I told you to sell whatever shipments you're selling for 15% More than you buy them for Otherwise it's a Separate Issue which Can Lead to a PK or Staff Punishment. Anyways. On that note This is the wrong location entirely for a PK Appeal. This is not a BAN It is a Character Appeal / PK Appeal and should be posted in the Character Appeal Section. As for "Got pked while afk says i was racket abusing" It does NOT Say you were "Racket Abusing" You were Pked by your faction on Dons orders from your faction. Also if you feel there was Staff Abuse Involved you can make a Staff Report through the forums. Oh and. Adverting that you're selling your faction racket for less than market price with only 4 people in your faction online. with three of them knowing it's not them and your phone number attached is a silly thing to do. to begin with.

Hello. PKing staff here. You've actually been set active for quit a while. As I'm sure you're aware anyone with Capo Perms in a faction can write orders at any time on anyone else within a faction. This is a risk you take when joining a faction and clicking the little "I Agree" option. In your situation you wouldn't have died to "Starvation" Good luck on your appeal and have a good day

Hello. My most sincere apologies. After further looking into this situation it appears as if the faction that set you active had you mistaken for someone else with an Identical name to yours and made a PK Ticket. I then took this PK Ticket and set you active without fully checking your faction transfer logs. This is a mistake on my end and Snr Administration should be able to revert this PK. I have already reached out to two of my favourite ones in an attempt to have this removed after you informed me in game. The main reason for your removal is indeed "Bomb Threats Without Staff Permission / 7." The reason this is an issue is simply because several members of staff have told you not to continue doing so. and yet you continued leading to the removal You also have a prior PET Flag related note

Hello. I Was involved in deciding whether this was a PK or NOT as i was also an Admin online at the time. The rule you are referencing means they cannot KILL You for failing to comply with their instructions in this situation. However you pulled out a gun leading to your death. you were killed because of the fact that you pulled out a gun therefore breaking Fear RP whilst off duty and dying because of it. If they'd killed you for NOT Putting your hands up then this would've been Invalid but that simply Was NOT the case.
