I like the idea of this being in the server as a Dono Feature. Should be something you can customise somewhere in the F1 Menu per Character Imo

I Would like the idea of Restaurant RP Being more than walking to a cash register and charging someone 10x your buy amount. It'd make a lot more non crim rp and ways to profit passively etc. Might even make more business types, such as a Farming Company that sells to Restaurants, Could even be a New Civ job at the townhall ran out of some building no one uses. etc etc. I think it'd be really nice if done well. and could be implemented for not only more Roleplay but maybe a shift in economy and "Farming" instead of mindlessly grinding shipments 24/7.

Whilst I know this may seem rude, I mean no disrespect Your pleading and begging for an unpk will not change the final verdict, it doesn't matter. Most people do not receive a 'Second Chance' Especially not those who willingly run from a mugging. You were given the rules since the moment you joined the server such as everyone else, and it's clear you're familiar with the forums, meaning you've had since you joined, the time to familiarise yourself with them or "Review" them as mentioned As it stands a higher ranking member of staff will view this forum thread, and will make the final verdict. In my opinion I like you as a person, but that does not change the fact of the matter. I do not see this as a non valid PK. My opinion on the matter is that the PK occured as the reaction to your actions, and running away from a mugger should lead to your death, as it would in any other situation with anyone else.

Hello, sorry for my delay in input, I'm one of the staff members who discussed your PK with Winchester before it occured, while you cannot forcibly mug for money there is no rule prohibiting the asking of money, the mugging rules specifically state the following. 7. You may only kill the victim if they DO NOT comply with your demands. Victims that comply are to be left unharmed. 9. There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items 10. When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) (Mentioned above) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) In terms of your situation, You were being mugged. And chose to run away, where you were then killed. This would fall under the circumstances of Breaking "FearRP" during a mugging and paying the price for such an act. Which happens regularly on the server if an individual has an insufficient grasp on the rules as mentioned. FearRp Rules mentioned will be listed here 1. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed. 3. If this was a possible mechanic I'd actually enjoy seeing it in use, however it should be locked to class 1s instead of a drive by uzi amrdm. Although if done right the RP that could come out of it would be good

If this was true then there would've been no counter report or them shooting you in the street leading to your PK For "Failmugging" i do not believe you 'Accidentally' tried to restrain him as you approached him and said and i quote "You know what'd be really funny watch this" before attempting to restrain him which then constitutes to a Failmug Scenario, If you break the server rules there are consequences, and your Pk / Ban are for two seperate things entirely. The PK Was for the Failmugging. And the Ban was for Punch Minging / NITRP. On that topic, If they were breaking any rules you should've taken the appropriate means of reporting the rule breaks through the @ ticket system, which you've clearly shown you are capable of. If i may further iterate I Highly Suggest you take the time away from diverge to read the diverge rules for your return so you do not repeat the actions leading to both your PK / Ban, if you need help finding them here are some Direct Links.

Personally i think it'd be nice to have certain clothes alter your permanent description with values such as If Fat = True / False Could make it so the Fat Clothing makes you appear as a certain weight, as for rp purposes this could be done with literal pillows n shit but it'd add to rp for certain scenarios, and obviously it'd just be a slight value tweak to certain clothings etc. If Glasses = True / False Could hide your Eye colour depending on the types, like sunglasses etc. If Mask = True / False Should hide the option to "Take a closer look" As mentioned prior by oykot On that note i fully agree with the concept of having "Short, Average, Tall" Builds as mentioned by Calink, as it would create not only a more immersive environment but more roleplay for police / detectives, should citizens go about reporting crimes etc. through RP. Since it'd bring about the act of questioning and identifying individual through factors, allowing for a more in depth experience overall

You were originally Warned with a Note as there were no administration online to deal with you, Pendred then gave me administrator permissions later on to administer your punishment for the Failmugging as there was no way of me administering the correct punishment prior I Stated word for word several times that i "Strongly advise you read the rules" You clearly chose to ignore that, as the Rules that apply to this situation are below 1. Be cautious! If you are killed while committing a mugging you have the possibility of being PK'ed (Permanently killed)! 2. You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around. EXAMPLE: The victim is alone at night in the middle of an empty street. You initiate a mugging with your firearm and take them to an alleyway so no one stumbles upon the crime. You may not perform the mugging in the street, which is a public area.) - You may only pull them a reasonable distance (To the closest secluded area). Forcing them to follow you or pulling the victim long distances / across the map / crossing into public areas & streets is illogical and can be seen as fail mug. Your secluded location should be the closest, within a reasonable distance. 9. There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] And finally 21. I'd see if there are any staff online, If not or if there is a small staff to player ratio, I'd hop on my staff character and see if the tickets are piling up, If there's more than a few tickets I'd ask if anyone needs to hit quota. before then taking tickets and proceeding to help, However. if there is no staff around, I'd swap and begin taking the tickets one by one until all of them are done. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip the situation in question whenever possible. before opening a management ticket / staff report ticket (If they exist) to report the issue, I'd prioritise getting video files instead of links for this. so the evidence could be used at any point in time A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I Would take the ticket. I Would listen to both sides of the situation, watch any clips. and then give the same punishment to the offending party as i would any other player, just because i know them doesn't mean they are exempt when it comes to any of the servers rules.
