That is completely reasonable but from a staff POV I'm watching to make sure there's no rule breaks. With you being in the room I'm peaking inside to make sure you're not making a DarkRP Dupe because i got on loaded onto my staff character saw Andy hiding in the alley and you making something inside which is fair enough As I've said several times now. I'm not sure why Tupac was shot however it is a risk you take as a faction when knowingly setting someone PK Active

Andy was never "Active to Tupac" Andy was PK Active to Popov as a faction. as i said before i'm not sure of why andy shot and killed tupac

Also on an unrelated sidenote, when a member of staff gives you the greenlight for a PK you shouldn't use OOC terms. In character that would be you giving the greenlight to kill the man not "Yugi gave us the greenlight" Please ensure you have all your information and evidence collected for when UA Reach out, as I do see genuine room for an appeal with this PK Thank you.

Hello PKing staff here. As with all pks the only thing the "Victim" needs to know is that it was Dons Orders. This is a risk you accept when joining a faction, if however you re telling the truth when it comes to an OOC Motive. Please gather all of your evidence for when UA Reach out to you. As that would most likely open the door to an appeal. In terms of your PK everything seemed fine, the orders were written by a capo and given to his subordinates to kill you.

Hello!. I Was one of the staff members who hopped on to sort this out Long story short. A Moderator took your ticket when they shouldn't have and then deemed it a "Failmug" Incorrectly. People are MEANT To try to mug you in a Yellow Zone. That's literally how it works. As for the person who gave you orders. The Order was issued from 0:10 7x to "Stop Moving" Then you were ordered to Turn around at 0:14 2x whilst continuing to walk backwards He then opened fire on you at around the 15/16 second mark which is long enough for you to comply Not only did you refuse to comply and continue walking backwards whilst looking at the masked individual actively trying to mug you. but you clearly had no intention of complying and did not fear for your characters life in the slightest. Again. MODERATORS Do not handle Pks So it doesn't matter if he agreed or disagreed with you. TIMELINE Mugging Initiated 0:10 Orders were given until 0:15 with you clearly refusing to fear for your life Mugger opens fire and kills you on the street Here are also the rules that apply ■ Breaking FearRP or showing disregard for your own life which results in death. (Specific Examples of when this applies below) ■ The victim of a mugging may attempt to break Fear RP to retaliate and kill the mugger to PK them, however if they fail and die while breaking Fear RP this can lead to the victim being PK'ed.
