Hello! Normally, I would wait for another staff member to handle a ticket involving me but the only other two staff members online were afk or unresponsive. I banned you for rdm because you shot and killed both me and another officer when neither of us had made any attempt to arrest your friend. While it is true that if you know an officer is charging you or your friend with a felony during an arrest, you may kill the officer once they attempt to arrest or detain you/your friend, that was not the case here. Neither I nor the other officer had attempted to arrest your friend. Neither of us had our cuffs or taser out, nor did we say or do anything indicating that we were making an arrest. Had you waited until we attempted to arrest or detain your friend, it would have been considered fair game. After realizing no other staff member was available to handle the ticket, I reviewed your notes. If you had a relatively clean record, I likely would have just left a note and moved on. However, you have a total of six prior RDM notes and bans. Since this case involved me personally, and your last RDM note was back in December, I issued only a 2-day ban. Good luck~

Hello banning admin here- You participated in a mugging with another individual and unfortunately that individual decided to shoot and kill the victim. Harming the victim in a mugging deems it a fail mug to which means you participated in a fail mug. I gave you your options of either taking it as a warning and learning opportunity and to just give the guy his stuff back or face the consequences of either a pk or ban. Since you were adamant on not giving the victim everything back and rather lose your character over it i decided to ban you. You participated in a fail mug and you’re mugging on a character you stated you don’t care about. I suggest taking this time to read the mugging rules, find value in your characters life if you’re trying to contribute any sliver of role play to the server, and find a better partner in crime. Hi banning admin here- "I left BEFORE anything could have happened" You're admitting to leave to avoid something happening. That is LTARP which you know a lot about since you've been banned for it before. You where doing something illegal, you go to meet up with someone to do something illegal, you see the person that you're meeting is a detective so you disconnect to avoid any roleplay consequences. Hello, PKing admin here~ Looking at the logs, it shows that you dealt damage to a cop, and then the cop killed you immediately afterward. There was no damage dealt to you by the officer or by any other party prior to you shooting the officer. After reviewing the clip, it shows the officer taking his gun off safety while turned away from you. He was not aiming at you, initiating anything, or opening fire. You took no damage, shot a cop, and were then killed by the cop, which is what led me to view this as a valid PK. Good luck with your appeal.

Hello "Admin Jennay" here! I stated you have 3 recent rdm notes from the past couple of months not just this month. March 3rd, March 23rd, April 5th and then today. You have put time into the server, as well as warned enough recently to be aware of what constitutes as a valid kill. Rules State: In your own clip you can see he was not attempting to arrest you and even if your claim is you thought he had a tazer out, he did not fire the tazer as well as there being a solid 3 seconds of him just in front of you standing before you even shot. You killed without there being any attempt to arrest and you should know better. Goodluck on your appeal.

Hello Pking Admin here- Being black, slinging dope, and robbing people in the ghetto is not sufficient or valid rp to exempt this char from not being deemed a mugging char. In our sit you stated that you cannot mug on your main so you have not mugged on your main. The same day you created this new char is the same day you decided to mug for the first time. You also stated you where planning on mugging more people on this char. So to make it clear- Your entire roleplay cannot revolve around mugging. It is pretty cut and dry that this character was made so you can mug without the worry of consequences coming back to bite you.

I feel like instead of it being Main locked it should be a minimum amount of char play time. Locking it to main would suck for those that don’t get to enjoy those mechanics or certain types of rp that they may not be able to do on their mains. Having a minimum amount of play time on a char would force individuals that try to abuse to actively put effort into their char and that faction.

Would be interesting as a racket, could also have a chance of being caught like how the stolen checks are set up. Instead of it being permanent could be something u have to buy every life so that it keeps people buying. Could be like kevlar so its something you have to make and doesn’t belong to a specific faction. Could also see this adding an extra step for gun stores having to verify legitimate IDs and how sales logs would hold up legally when there is a log with a fake id listed. Could also add more rp to needing to check IDs to sell alcohol to 21+ chars which could add another gov job of compliance checkers making sure restaurants aren’t selling liquor to chars 20 and under which then pushes for those chars to also get fake IDs not just felons so they can enter bars and clubs, not sure how often that would be utilized but i like the thought. +1
