Not the first time someone underage has said you made them uncomfortable by saying weird shit.

The thing is, you cant force people to be enemies you cant force conflict between factions. From how i envision this, its not going to inherently stop large embargos or positive relationships with non allies. What it will do however is let shit happen between factions that have beef but nothing ever happens with it. For the factions that are currently embargoed, instead of not being able to do much other than verbally shit talk that leads nowhere. They could get kicked out of a restaurant and in retaliation, roleplay dumping trash over the restaurant and spray paint without needing to be in a UA approved war escalation. It would give people who are embargoed roleplay and something to do as well as the people embargoing something to do. In the regards to positive relations with non allys, this isnt going to stop your don from pking you for starting shit with a faction they’re friendly with. However what it could do is lessen it, if a guy from a non ally faction im cool with talks shit to me and threatens one of my guys, instead of going to the don and being like “hey u should get rid of that guy” i could go “hey he did this so I'm just gonna have my entire faction find him and beat him to death for fun”.

I think we need to rethink how faction escalations work. Right now, faction RP feels stale, conflict is rare, and High Commands are frustrated. The larger factions that make up much of the player base rarely get action outside of racket events, which only happen every six months. All year it has only been shitty factions doing their meaningless civil wars. I believe a big reason for this is that escalations are treated as something that always lead to a war. Most factions dont want to go to war over minor disrespect, but they still want to be able to retaliate without risking being cooked for fail escalation. I think we need a middle ground between doing nothing and starting a war- My suggestion is to allow minor escalations with valid clips and approval from a regular admin, without requiring an active UA approved war. Examples could include property tagging or trashing, targeted muggings, and potentially firebombings, all with clear restrictions. Offenses can be: Verbal Disrespect, Physical Disrespect, Muggings, Threats, ect. With clips of said offenses admins can approve the next step of escalations. -Getting kicked out of a restaurant can cause that restaurant to get trashed. -Verbal disrespect depending on the severity can cause a group beat down. -Physical disrespect can cause a targeted mugging. -Failed sit downs can cause fire bombings that wont cost the faction millions of dollars, or raids that don’t cause PKs. Small beefs involving property taggings or trashings can move to failed sit downs that can lead to medium escalations (fire bomb, raiding, ect.) After these conflicts occur and play out whether ending in pending sit downs, or shoot outs leaving people hospitalized the factions are not to engage for a set amount of time. Retaliation windows can only be open for so long. To prevent abuse, these escalations should require evidence, have clearly defined limits, and be logged so staff can identify patterns and determine when a larger conflict is justified. This keeps staff involved without requiring UA to handle every minor dispute. The goal is: let factions have beef, let them respond to it, and let RP develop naturally. We need more opportunities for fun and engaging faction conflicts that do not need to result in war. I am sure there is holes in my thinking and ways people will abuse that need to be covered but I just think a change is needed and would be great to see for everyone<3

Hello, admin who decided to pk your char here- In the clip I was provided it appears you shot n killed a white shirt then shot at an officer and missed, After missing you began to run away to which the officer responded by shooting at you and ultimately killed you. From the time you shot at the cop to the point you where at the back door of the store it was 5 seconds. I don't think that's long enough to consider you no longer a threat to try and to do a simple arrest. Regarding continuing rp and still being PKed, Owen Davis wasn't the officer to have killed you, and regardless of ticket wait times and VCWP having to be reviewed, there's chances of your char not being PKed until hours after the situation. When you join any criminal faction you accept this prompt: There was a sit down between your faction and Todaro over the tension between both your associates. In that sit-down the Todaro associate said you told her the associate was talking bad about her. ICly it was stated you gave information to another faction which caused conflict. Your factions HC had a talk with you about it and taxed you which you paid but, ultimately they decided they could not trust you and you had to go. Good luck on your appeal-

Hello Banning admin here. RDM is RDM regardless if they are your friends or not. I watched you shoot and kill random people on your PD char and had gotten i believe 2-3 tickets about it. You can not under any circumstance shoot and kill people in the streets just for a joke. Take the 2 days to go over rules and think about what kind of contribution you want to make to the rp on the server that isn't getting on your cop char and rdming your friends. Hello! Normally, I would wait for another staff member to handle a ticket involving me but the only other two staff members online were afk or unresponsive. I banned you for rdm because you shot and killed both me and another officer when neither of us had made any attempt to arrest your friend. While it is true that if you know an officer is charging you or your friend with a felony during an arrest, you may kill the officer once they attempt to arrest or detain you/your friend, that was not the case here. Neither I nor the other officer had attempted to arrest your friend. Neither of us had our cuffs or taser out, nor did we say or do anything indicating that we were making an arrest. Had you waited until we attempted to arrest or detain your friend, it would have been considered fair game. After realizing no other staff member was available to handle the ticket, I reviewed your notes. If you had a relatively clean record, I likely would have just left a note and moved on. However, you have a total of six prior RDM notes and bans. Since this case involved me personally, and your last RDM note was back in December, I issued only a 2-day ban. Good luck~

Hello banning admin here- You participated in a mugging with another individual and unfortunately that individual decided to shoot and kill the victim. Harming the victim in a mugging deems it a fail mug to which means you participated in a fail mug. I gave you your options of either taking it as a warning and learning opportunity and to just give the guy his stuff back or face the consequences of either a pk or ban. Since you were adamant on not giving the victim everything back and rather lose your character over it i decided to ban you. You participated in a fail mug and you’re mugging on a character you stated you don’t care about. I suggest taking this time to read the mugging rules, find value in your characters life if you’re trying to contribute any sliver of role play to the server, and find a better partner in crime.
