Hello, banning staff member here. The main issue with your ban wasn't just the RDM due to failed escalation with no verbal contact or physical to tell the person to go away and instead shooting immediately, though you do have extensive PO's when it came to RDM, therefore it did significantly add to the punishment. However, you decided after getting PK'd on your Supreme character to then switch chars to burn your other chars body for whatever reason... I don't know exactly what went through your head to think that was allowed but that is a rather big issue, especially with trying to get your other characters dead body. Anyways, good luck on your appeal!

yeah so this is cool and all but like i dont think it was actually ever stated i gave information to another faction ic, as how tf can an ooc clip that was shared ooc be seen as evidence/intel ic. yes i paid a mil tax so i could stay in the faction, not because i admit to any wrong doings, etc. instead they just wanted to stick with "giving intel to another faction" which again all i did was take ooc clips of a situation.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was killed because I took OOC clips of one of our associates acting up towards another friendly faction's member. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: What they called "providing information to another faction" was simply me taking a ooc clip relating to a Genovese associate acting out about one of Todaro's members. The only time a clip is considered IC is when it is filmed with a camera or CCTV, which neither of those were true. The clip was simply shared for the sole purpose of context, how the fuck can you get killed for taking a clip for someone? I did not go up to any member of Todaro IC and provide them information myself, simply was passed through word of mouth after I spoke with both the Todaro associate and the Genovese associate to ensure everyone was good as that is quite literally part of being in my position, which it turned out they had not been and it turned into a beef. The clips were taken during the the speak with both Todaro and Genovese associates, something that the Todaro associate would have knowledge of because they were there in the room... The Genovese associate has had previous issues within the faction, especially related to paying dues, yet I'm the one with my brains on the pavement. As a member of command is it not considered the norm to take clips of these situations? The fact the clips were shared around had nothing to do with me, practically meaning I was killed for OOC reasoning. All I did was take the clip and use it for context, not go up to Todaro command in game and provide them a camera with footage or even speak to them IC about what had happened. Pretty much meaning they fabricated a scenario in which I had done such a thing just to kill me. The only interaction I had with Todaro about the situation was with the Todaro associate during the speak to see what was going on and to clear the air. You can also see in these DM's with DopeasRoe, him quite literally saying he cant use what he was being shown ic cause he knew that it was OOC after the clips got out, which contradicts the reason I was PK'd does it not? This is all over a stupid drama relating to two associates and me taking clips. The fact that I was killed for clips says what it says. No solid evidence on any wrong doings, all just metagame bullshit.

To start off with you just openly admitted you were trolling with your friend with a sound board. You then put a soundboard of a girl crying whatever right, still against the rules and is mic spam. I can't control what ticket that had not been taken previously so that's irrelevant. All communication with other players is a roleplay scenario, I don't know if you realise but it is an rp server, you went to a group of people and decided to play your soundboard as you tend to do all the time. It's gotten so bad with you to the point you pretty much only communicate with other players via soundboard. You're notoriously a mic spammer. What I do on my crim char is completely irrelevant as to why I would ban someone or yourself, so I don't see how that matters and is completely irrelevant to what had literally just happened. End of the day you and your buddy was using soundboards to a group of people who are rping cause it is an rp server which you consistently do and manage to slip away most of the time. There was quite literally a ticket made against you so I don't know where you got that information from....

Hi, banning admin here. He aimed a gun at you momentarily and put it back on to safety without making any threats towards you. He may have insulted you afterwards, however he did NOT make a threat, he disrespected you then. You then continued to have a verbal altercation which you then shot him and starting shooting all his friends who were also not an active threat to you, nor did they even get a chance to do anything before you started a shoot out with them as well.

Sorry, but you've caused enough issues. You clearly struggle to understand the rules of the server and frequently break them not to mention, you frequently come off as quite confrontational and incompetent. I've never had a good experience with you as well as many others. You also can't take feedback very well from what I have seen. And honestly, I really don't think you would be a great fit. As Shmekles said you are a very bias driven person, you would probably end up siding with someone just because they're Turkish. Best of luck to you and I wish you the best man. Unfortunately, -1
