Yup, been around the forums for a minute that guy has been a bumbling retard ever since he joinned. He either got some condition or some disorder.

The rules are kinda vague on this matter, and in this case a little self-contradictory.. On one hand, it's stated that the PK isn't valid if the Police fire first or escalate the situation to a shootout. On the other hand, it says it's not valid if the Officer escalates the situation to violence. Those two statements are not the same at all. You could argue that doing bodily harm with a baton constitutes violence. It doesn't help at all how the mention of the tazer says it cannot physically kill or damage the player. If it just said "It cannot physically kill the player" I think the PK would be valid, but since it mentions that damaging the player makes it a prerequisite for invalidating the PK it's safe to assume that a baton serves the same purpose, hence invalidating the PK. P.S Just fucking RP the arrest, it really is a sight for sore eyes to see people running around frantically trying to dodge the tazers like retards but that's just my opinion.

Citizens/new players don't wanna be citizens. Nobody joins "MafiaRP" thinking "OH GOSH I CAN'T WAIT TO BE A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN" There's a million different ideas for Civ jobs that make sense, why "mining materials at a scrapyard or harbor"? Might as well just make garbage cans lootable cause what the hell are you gonna find at a scrapyard or the harbor? Oh wait aren't garbage cans already lootable for Civs? Those parts of the map do have a use that isn't mugging, GM events, faction events etc. You could suggest something that would make more sense and wouldn't be "magical mining for the Civs that don't wanna be Civs so that there's witnesses there and I don't get mugged". For example, something that's been suggested before is an overhaul to the fishing system, maybe scaling the fishing up with using fishing boats to get more fish or the Harbor actually being used for shipments instead of the shipments just appearing out of thin air. You could have all shipments go through the harbor to get into the city. -1

@Hans Hunnebunbeing a mugging connoisseur should know that "put your hands in the air" or "put your hands up" is not a valid request during a mugging. I'm pretty sure that's been stated time and time again. If I were in your shoes i'd take the 30 day and be thankful that it's not a 4th perma ban.
