I was originally banned for 4 days for leaving a roleplay situation to avoid RP. I understand why I was punished for that and I’m not trying to dispute the original ban. The reason I ended up permanently banned was because, while I was serving that 4 day ban, my roommate was also playing on the server from the same dorm as me. Since we were sharing the same internet connection, I understand why the console may have flagged the accounts as ban evasion or an attempt to bypass my ban. However, I was not the person playing on the other account, and I was not attempting to bypass my punishment. We were simply in the same dorm room and using the same network. I understand that this probably looks suspicious from the server's perspective, but I wanted to clarify what actually happened. I take responsibility for the original rule break and understand that I deserved the temporary punishment I received. What I’m asking staff to reconsider is the permanent ban that resulted from the other account being detected on the same connection.
