    Ima be honest I didn't submit a ticket because I did not give a fuck, but I was involved. Honestly your blatant lies are fucking insane. This shitty clip you have of trying to gauge if your friend could hear you or not is so inaccurate. If you slow down the clip you can clearly see your friend on the sidewalk way farther than that. Below I've actually attached the closest your friend had ever gotten which is waaaaaaay out of speaking range. You actually didn't say anything while he was even in the frame. You also keep claiming you were hit by our car which is false if you actually watched the clip. I went ahead and watched the clip at 0.25 speed to get an exact moment your friend fire his shot. You can even see the Ricochet off the street light. And the 3rd person peeking claims. I had my fucking tool gun out and was watching your ass the entire time waiting to see if you were going to pull. I do think this is a pretty dumb situation in all honest but had to say my piece.

You held your faction to a very high standard but then also ruined it in some ways with your behavior. I have seen you come into VC frequently in the last 5 months that I have been here. As of recently I can tell your tone is different and it seems pretty genuine. I say give him a shot. People have been unbanned that have been ALOT worse.
