Hello, I am the administrator that banned you. First off, your ban was adjusted to 2 days, which is what I originally intended it to be, not 5. Second, there is no rule preventing you from being banned and blacklisted from PD for the same incident. It is a common occurrence.
As far as the reason for your ban, you arrested an individual for grand theft auto and brought him to the PD cells. After he was in the holding cells for 15 minutes, you jailed him for 5 minutes. During the 15 minutes he was in the holding cells leading up to him being jailed, you did not:
-Properly offer and have the suspect accept a plea deal
-Attempt to bring the suspect to trial through the court system
-Call staff to report the suspect as uncooperative
The suspect reported this, and I brought you to the sit. I explained the relevant rules, that you should have done one of the three things I listed, that they can be in cells up to 30 minutes before an autoplea (which still has to be approved by staff) and initially was considering a retraining and note as punishment, but in the sit you completely refused to admit any wrongdoing and argued with me about the rules. You also said you refuse to do any retraining because you sentencing the suspect was completely justified. It was not justified, it was blatant powergame. From my own determination and the recommendation of a senior staff member, I issued the ban. I also blacklisted you from PD due to this incident and your general refusal to follow the rules of PD. I would also like to note that this blacklist was upheld by the commissioner upon appeal.
