  1. When you talk about risk, you are missing the risk of the actions surrounding a murder, not just the act of killing itself. "Slow and methodical" is literally the opposite of "quick and low risk" When you murder someone on the street, there is a high risk for witnesses, but your chances of being caught in the act are lower because you spend less time committing the murder. Your chances of being caught after the fact are high because you did not plan it out and wanted it to be quick to reduce your risk of being caught when you committed it. If you premeditate a murder and plan to clean up to the point of leaving no trace, the actions disposing of the body, wiping fingerprints, and cleaning bloodstains are when your chances of being caught in the act increase because you are spending more time committing the crime. Cleaning up after a murder should not be easy because your "reward" for doing a good job is an extremely low chance of ever being caught. You are right, this is MafiaRP. The server is what the players make it. Why would a mafia hitman waste time planning an elaborate murder and cleanup when they can just pop someone on the street and run off? The PK system we have now is significantly more involved than what you might find elsewhere. Sure some of the ideas might be fun or interesting, but they are not going to add some missing element to PKs or change the way people do them like you seem to think. We are pretending to be mobsters on a Half Life 2 mod from 2005. Any amount of realism surrounding PKs we have now should be considered a blessing if you look back and see what the alternative is.
  2. Can you explain who this other person is then? Clearly you know each other if it's not an alt because you both share bank accounts and you've traded this "other person" very large amounts of money across multiple of your characters. Regardless of whether you intented to alt you have very clearly been using this account to transfer items and money between characters. Your ban is well deserved.
  3. If it was easy they wouldn't call it grinding
  4. -1 You joined the server not even a week ago, you do not have enough playtime or time in the community. Also what the hell were you Head Moderator of on Rainbow Six Siege???
  5. Hello, I am the administrator that banned you. First off, your ban was adjusted to 2 days, which is what I originally intended it to be, not 5. Second, there is no rule preventing you from being banned and blacklisted from PD for the same incident. It is a common occurrence. As far as the reason for your ban, you arrested an individual for grand theft auto and brought him to the PD cells. After he was in the holding cells for 15 minutes, you jailed him for 5 minutes. During the 15 minutes he was in the holding cells leading up to him being jailed, you did not: -Properly offer and have the suspect accept a plea deal -Attempt to bring the suspect to trial through the court system -Call staff to report the suspect as uncooperative The suspect reported this, and I brought you to the sit. I explained the relevant rules, that you should have done one of the three things I listed, that they can be in cells up to 30 minutes before an autoplea (which still has to be approved by staff) and initially was considering a retraining and note as punishment, but in the sit you completely refused to admit any wrongdoing and argued with me about the rules. You also said you refuse to do any retraining because you sentencing the suspect was completely justified. It was not justified, it was blatant powergame. From my own determination and the recommendation of a senior staff member, I issued the ban. I also blacklisted you from PD due to this incident and your general refusal to follow the rules of PD. I would also like to note that this blacklist was upheld by the commissioner upon appeal.
  6. You should never have let a woman into your sacred place.

    PK

Hello, your character was Pked for initiating a violent confrontation with police and dying. You shot at and struck the officers first, there was no RDM or RDA involved. Clip of PK: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/mTjwm4thRUkiQE6ZD?invite=cr-MSw4NTQsMzUxNjM4NjY1&v=70 Combat logs:
  8. Why you obsessed with fishing bro get a real job
  9. bro what year do you think it is that we still need fastdl steam workshop downloads files through steam automatically which is quicker than fastDLL or gluapack could ever hope to be the server runs on x86-64 allowing for a much larger memory address range than the usual 4gb which prevents your client overloading during connection it is 2026. we are playing a game on an engine released in 2004. that is 22 YEARS AGO. If you struggle to connect then you either have bad internet or a very bad PC which has nothing to do with the server look into fastDLL for me and tell me if you think downloading each file from every single addon individually rather than steam downloading the entire addon at once for you is a good idea do you really think the server is running on gmod's throttled ass 20kb/s limit?
  10. Go play ZGrad and tell me how fun it is to get knocked out repeatedly the entire time
