This nigger been using props to push cars and move them trying to send them flying all night. If you check his logs you can see he spawns in the most random prop and he's been using them and rubbing against cars. Earlier he tried to sent my homie's car flying and then later that night he spawn in a prop and was trying to put it under my car and He was pushing cars earlier and so I thought he was pushing my car pretty reasonable. Hello, I am the guy who PKed you. The reason for your PK was basically FearRP. We were both in a yellow zone, I pointed my gun at you and gave you orders multiple times. I told you to put your hands up and follow me but instead of listening you ignored me and tried to run away like nothing was happening If someone is pointing a gun at you and giving you orders, you are expected to follow them. If you refuse and try to run away they have the right to kill you. Staff reviewed the clips and the situation and decided and issued your PK Good luck with your appeal

The real quality player, who got Askull banned attempted to fling my car over by casino, I don't have a clip of said interaction, because I didn't have much of a reason to save it. He put a small metal panel under my white Cadillac Escalade. Thought about flinging my car and then stopped. In my opinion, from someone who was involved with this guy, hes a straight minge and Askull got falsely banned. NITRP

Person(s) involved in the mugging deemed to be mugging characters therefore you will be getting your character back. Obviously in any other circumstance you clearly broke FearRP and this would be a PK. In the future maybe I recommend you complying and let staff handle if you think rule was broken.

This also doesn't account for the multiple NLR infractions, for returning to SOS after being killed. You have acknowledged that you returned within 5 minutes, rather than the 15 required by Server Rules. This is your 8th logged instance of RDM/VDM since the start of August alone. Hello, it’s blatantly obvious that you initiated a violent encounter with the cop, something you are not disagreeing with yourself. What really matters for this appeal is the length of time between the initial incident and when you were killed. In my opinion, the length of time between the initial incident and the shooting is perfectly reasonable. Additionally, you very well could have been running into that back room to get a better angle to kill the officer. I strongly feel as if that any officer would have shot in that situation, nor do I think the officer waited too long to do so. I do not believe this takes anything away from the validity of this PK.

As lazy as AI is and slop not really relevant as it still doesn’t invalidate if the PK was legit or not we shall see though

Hello, admin who decided to pk your char here- In the clip I was provided it appears you shot n killed a white shirt then shot at an officer and missed, After missing you began to run away to which the officer responded by shooting at you and ultimately killed you. From the time you shot at the cop to the point you where at the back door of the store it was 5 seconds. I don't think that's long enough to consider you no longer a threat to try and to do a simple arrest. Regarding continuing rp and still being PKed, Owen Davis wasn't the officer to have killed you, and regardless of ticket wait times and VCWP having to be reviewed, there's chances of your char not being PKed until hours after the situation. Because this isnt about extorting factions but legal businesses "within your territory" Its also meant to be a unique form of a money maker for new players not faction HC to change up the monotonous shipment grind.
