I thought about a new potential mechanic for Captains+ who go on LOA. Say your Captain equivalent goes on LOA, For smaller factions trying to grow, they might have only Lieutenant and equivalent or lower online and can be/is disastrous. This feature should be given to allow the passing on PK perms and giving associates hiring permissions. One could argue that this is a skill/faction issue, and I'm open to hearing that. Just a suggestion, not everyone can always be online 24.7

Judge Carbon Mason is one the best judges, if not the best in character, so maybe it's possible you can be good at staff.

why not just shoot the mugger if he talks too much? there has to some opportunity for yelling for help but at the same time like I said, if you order the victim to shut up multiple times and he keeps talking you just PK him. Let the victim risk yelling to try and live or die. and if gag option is added, maybe make it an object that is 5k-10k then. muggings should be risky for both parties
