Oil, Silver, and Gold all make sense and would be a good addition. However, a "bloomberg terminal" of drugs, either doesn't exist or would cost more than a regular terminal. in 1990 it definitely didn't exist. It was all over the phone, paper, and people you knew in person, aka IC roleplay in diverge.

-1 Not needed, no bloatware pls. When you press shift+tab, steam overlay will pop up. At the bottom, there is a clock. Choose timer option and set it to 20 minutes. Done. If that's too difficult, alt tab and look at the clock. Wait 10 minutes. If that's also too much, press F1 and look at the in game time. If anything, maybe add feature to watches where it does a /me and tells you the time. and maybe setup a timer and stopwatch feature on your rolex, could be used for street racing, flexing your drip, whatever. That'd definitely be cool and would add roleplay. But like everyone else said, there is steam overlay.

If you love the game so much, just as I do too, how come you keep getting permanently banned over and over again? I got 1 ban for metagame, which I didn't know what that was since I was brand to new to roleplay. No bans after that since I read the rules. What made me and others learn this lesson the hard way and reform? and what is your reasoning for your continuing of breaking the rules despite being a long time player, multiple perma-bans and pardons?

OK. I read your post more. somehow you have grabbed both the skull and bones from both upper & lower body part and are not able to grab DNA and complete evidence. This is crazy to me. If you are forensics certified, every single 'bone' should have DNA, that DNA should match the body what ever, it SHOULD be part of one CharID, but coding this sounds complex.
