I agree with Revamped. Sure, probation and parole may look appealing on paper, but at the end of the day you are making more players do more work for an outcome that may not be worth that time or effort. “Hello I’m in jail for 30 minutes, can I be released on parole after 10 minutes?” “Sure, but we have to schedule weekly checkups to make sure you’re doing good otherwise we’ll send you back to prison for maybe 40 minutes.” At that point just sit there for the full 30 minutes and get some lunch or dinner or take a shit. However, that isn’t to say that I’m against other sentencing alternatives in general. We are actually working on a Bill for exactly that. The difference is these alternatives will be considered and imposed by a judge (already their job!) and probably won’t have any lingering work to do afterwards. There are lots of technical and small details to consider, especially reworking the entire “reoffenders clause”, but that’s the general gist of it.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.

Hi This is actually your 8th overall LTARP offense, which is honestly impressive and how you ended up with only 3d on your ban, I don't know - lucky! Jennay is correct, you left to avoid the situation. You were baited by Detectives into turning up to a phony hit/gun deal, and upon realizing this you disconnected. This is blatantly Leaving To Avoid Roleplay. Furthermore, the rules state: that the "majority of the time common sense applies. Do not try to look for loopholes in the rules." - This is one of those cases. 15. Do not LTAP/LTARP. If you initiate an RP situation or are in an Admin sit you may be punished if you decide to leave the game/switch characters to avoid punishment/roleplay - as you can see LTARP is a much more general rule than you are trying to imply. Please read over the Server Rules properly before returning to the server. Have a good one.

Hi banning admin here- "I left BEFORE anything could have happened" You're admitting to leave to avoid something happening. That is LTARP which you know a lot about since you've been banned for it before. You where doing something illegal, you go to meet up with someone to do something illegal, you see the person that you're meeting is a detective so you disconnect to avoid any roleplay consequences. Good Luck.

what this command do is force the server to send a full update, your clothes are client side models idk what the alt e thing does, so idk what its doing to the client side models but looking at gamemodes\mafia_roleplay\plugins\bonemerge\cl_bonemerge.lua, it looks like PLUGIN:FullUpdate() is something that should be called after standing up also if you look at line 508, it's called every 60s, so maybe try redoing the bug, wait at least 60 seconds and see if it gets fixed what the fuck are you saying

Whoever edited this shit actually has brain damage.

They were taken away by request, surely. And the state money isn’t free, either, even in small increments.

It's all fun and games until you have to actually run this thing and have active people deal with it and do it in an unbiased way without ooc influence. Ask why we don't do elections anymore.

Did you just AI reply to me -
this is quite literally one of the worst guys if not the worst guy to learn from, the serbian guy from supreme, but if you're willing to take the time to really learn how to get it going here then I offer my +1, however I would suggest trying another faction first because supreme is generally viewed as the mugger faction and not a very roleplay centered faction there are members of supreme who will deny this, and there are some outlying cases, but overall you should be looking to join somewhere in little italy or perhaps the bikers or blue lobster they're chill

maybe it was a addon issue with mine, I’m closing this post
-
Mechanical standpoint it appears to be a end animation bug. It happens when a player is interrupted with sudden movement such as constant sitting down and getting up, car being removed, falling over hence why record 1 stop might stop it.

Thanks for showing us what it looks like to have your hands up

for now, we gonna run it back up

Pressing F7 raises the character’s arms in an unrealistic way and looks silly, I’m recommending to create a better version that realistically raises a person’s arms above their head. Why? When someone surrenders to the police or anybody during mugging scenarios, kidnapping roleplay etc. It ruins the vibe or immersion for other people and generally would look better for arrests. +1 A certain SUB-division of the NYPD would be cool for Probation, but the issue I'm having is what the role of the Probation Officers would do. It sounds like to me that being a Probation Officer would just be another IA bureau to do a useless interview about whether or not a person is employed to a front-business for their mafia of choice. The only good roleplay that probation could make, in my opinion, adding a lot of time to their sentence to act as a sort of plea deal version of the Reoffender's Clause. If a person violates their probation, their full plea deal will have to be the amount of time charged in court, or if taken to court, their original charges plus 5 or 10 years to really make it sting when you fuck up on probation, which could often mean a life sentence for some people.
