First of all, the reason why i got banned was because i left the game when i met the detective (LTARP), cause i made an advert if anyone needed an mercenary (me) but i needed a weapon. what exactly does this have to do with it?

To make the server more 90s Mafia-era or whatever (bring more action), this could perhaps bring some innovation to the server. It could also help a lot for the cops or factions during a chase for not making the chase boring (but the cops should shoot at the wheels though, until the target opens fire at the officer). Furthermore, for factions, besides being perhaps useful during faction wars or even for chases like said before, it can be a perfect and a quick PK method. Let me explain: The boss has given to the enforcers the task of eliminating enemies/traitors etc..., but they're in a distant location.
