Hi Tommy im the one who wrote the orders as it was brought to my attention that you as a felon had been arming whiteshirts who didn't have the proper licensing. Along with being arrested in your company suit multiple times after being told not to draw attention to yourself when wearing the company suit. When you joined the faction you accepted the risk of potentially being pked for violating Faction rules. The main reason you were deemed a liability was your willingness to arm whiteshirts who had been turned away for not having a gun license. When it comes to the Factions gun racket any potential liability gets dealt with asap as its the biggest legal source of income for the faction and anyone getting caught selling our firearms illegally can put the store at risk of being fined heavily or shutdown. Just read the pk mug rules it explains lt pretty well. But basically to answer your question no if you have your gun out on safety or in general before the person tries to initiate the mug it's considered a fail mug. However if you are already at gun point you risk yourself being pked as you're attempting to break the fearrp by fighting back. Also if they look away or stop pointing their guns at you, you can fight back without fear of being pked.

Like I said if you actually tried to improve id reconsider my opinion and potentially plus one you however you're showing no signs of wanting to improve how you're perceived. Ohhhhh i see wym i lowkey didnt get it at first, So basically you wanna know when a cop grabs your id while your in the cells or something along those lines so you can keep track of the cops with your name better? idk id maybe just use the ingame notepad or something to keep track of officers who go in cells specifically to grab your id cause tbh its usually kinda obv when they come in the cell rq and dip immediately.
