I was banned 2 years ago for alting the server and Discord. I had made a bunch of Discord alts and Steam alts to play because I was a broke loser who had nothing else to do in life. I am a year clean from alting and have learned from my mistakes. I have picked up new things in life and started going to church/mass and got a job at a local restaurant. I have time now to play and was immature back then so I want to come back and play this server as a true roleplayer instead of minging. I am sorry for what I did and I hope to come back and repay for what I have done.

Prison yard - go hang out with other prisoners, no handcuffs, entire prison area is a safezone aka you can't be attacked Grinding - Bashing rocks and/or factory work while waiting in prison, no access to ATM and no prison stash just grind after grinding like 100k in whatever way the masterful minds of the server want you to, you can pay for a lawyer and go to appeals court if you're serving a life sentence and it'll pay everyone regardless of the outcome police have no access to prison yard or grinding area, there's no ic reason to be going in there

7. You may not kill someone for hitting your vehicle with theirs, light bumps/small accidents are normal and can happen. However you may kill them if they continue to target your vehicle with theirs or ram you multiple times, intentionally attempting to swerve and hit you/your vehicle. 8. Likewise if someone runs you (pedestrian) over / hits you with their car intentionally you may kill them. However, if it was an accident or incidental car clipping and was not intentional, be reasonable and don't kill them.

Hello, PKing admin here. I never thought I’d say this, but Andy has made a very valid point. You had orders written on you for “failing to pay kickups” and “ghosting the family.” I understand that your faction’s Underboss gave you permission to retire. However, as both Andy stated and as outlined in the rules, even if you are granted permission to retire by the Don himself, they are under no obligation to uphold that promise and may still place orders on you for up to 14 days after you leave the faction, not from the moment you announce your retirement. In your case, you were still in the faction at the time, and it is entirely possible that your Underboss, or anyone with caporegime permissions either changed their mind or was not being truthful afterward. Regarding your metagaming concern, the individual carrying out the hit is not required to know your name directly. The person who received the orders did, however, have the F3 of the individual who issued them. Best of luck with your appeal.

Requested Remedy: TIGHTEN POLICERP RULES I think everyone on this server has experience a police interaction where they've sincerely thought that the Police were extremely coddled. Police that didn't fear their own lives because of the current rule sets that govern PoliceRP. I am going to go in depth here, and I implore you to read all of it. Does anyone remember William McFarland? Almost every faction from SOS to Kosher wanted this guy dead for some reason or another. Because he just continuously fucked with the wrong people. What was his punishment? It wasn't getting mugged by a large group of people (The only way to kill a cop), because that would be impossible (He would've killed someone along with him—too much risk for a reasonable faction to take). Nothing the FUCKING MAFIA could've done would've been good enough to take William McFarland down. How did he go? He was fired internally for incompetence, which is a subjective reason, nothing objective, such as screwing over multiple people's years long characters, or the constant disrespect. Nope, incompetence from within. What is more MAFIARP than taking matters into your own hands. For the rule of needing multiple people to place a cop under FearRP in a mugging, let's change that to the same standard as Civilian on Civilian muggings. What does the Civilian lose if they're killed? They lose a character that was established with either rank, items, or reputation. What does the cop lose? At best? 1 week before he can make another cop character. This is still lopsided, but at least it's better. Fuck! At least make it 2 to their 1 for the mugging. At least then it's fair! Cops already are likely to pull out their guns to respond to the threat presented to them, why not make it more dynamic with more to lose. Next, I'd like to bring up the fact of police being able to walk into, in front of, or near certain properties owned by the Mafia. Yes, I was banned for this. Yes, I am referring to my ban. If a cop comes into your business, that you are actively selling tickets, items, or otherwise regular business operations and loiters, or refuses to leave, this shouldn't be RDM to take him out of your property forcefully. We need a rule that specifies this and limits it of course. Obviously, multiple warnings given and the ability to articulate what type of business he was impeding before killing the guy. I don't see how it's fail escalation or RDM if you kill the cop for screwing with your business. But if you shot him, and another cop sees it, they can kill you, and all of a sudden it's no longer and issue of RDM or Fail Escalation, it's now a PK. Like come on! That is outrageously unbalanced and unfair towards criminals/civilians. The cop in this instance should be warned multiple times, if he willfully refuses to leave, any criminal would take that opportunity to kill the cop and move on with their day. It should be a valid reason, especially if customers are leaving because of it. Realistically, all of the current rulesets outlining policeRP etc MUST be reviewed because they're took lenient for cops and impose and undue burden on criminals seeking recourse. The worst that can happen to one of us? We lose everything we've worked towards. In my shoes? I lose a 50000s SSN, probably 10 million dollars in assets, my reputation I built on the character, Hours logged on the character, and I have to wait a week before I can even think about joining the same faction. For cops? They lose their pretty little rank and the badges that can easily be given back on another character after a week. I've seen countless posts on the forums talking about this very subject. It's time the staff team took this seriously.

I got 1 ban for metagame, which I didn't know what that was since I was brand to new to roleplay. No bans after that since I read the rules. What made me and others learn this lesson the hard way and reform? and what is your reasoning for your continuing of breaking the rules despite being a long time player, multiple perma-bans and pardons?

Sounds like whole lot more lawyer/PD LARP to me! Court arguments about search and seizure rights if anyone is arrested with a bag on them, and it can function as a pseudo-gun bag for large guns, smaller handguns, or a shit ton of drugs. Not opposed at all, but it would have to make the person slower and make it super visible on their back to make it balanced for cops.

Not only more hotdog vendors but a more diverse selection of hotdogs is needed. Only being able to purchase a plain hotdog is just downright inaccurate and disrespectful to the dog community. When I was in newyork I was blown away by the selection of hotdogs. Polish dogs, dirty water dogs, Chicago dogs, the iconic onion sauce. I had to get them all. Would really love for this to be implemented in the server .

the two weeks things is only AFTER you leave the faction wl retiring and leaving the wl are 2 different things. you can retire but most of the time if you retire your char you are not given permission to leave the faction wl compared to if you were granted permission to leave the faction wl. while you are under a faction's wl they can pk you at any time for any reason they seem fit. For this instance the underboss was the one who wrote the orders out for his char because he kept hoping on his char while being "retired" There's no point in retiring that char if you still going to play it and it seems like to the faction HC that he only retired that char to not pay kickups so they wrote orders on him if he wanted to still play the char he should have asked permission to leave faction WL and then they would only have two weeks to write orders on bruce's char.

New mechanic where factions with restaurant/bar businesses can order shipments of food/beverages which can be delivered to the restaurant and stored into the register, that being said the amount of stock a business has on a specific food item would be dependent on how many shipments have been brought in (maybe a limit would make sense). To avoid complications and spam perhaps only managers can order these items. Maybe add the possibility for Speedy Delivery LTD to deliver these food/drink shipments directly to businesses I think if this gets approved it could add more functionality to restaurant RP instead of having unlimited stock in your register, plus it could give interns and associates a shot at responsibility through bringing in ordered food and beverages. On top of that, if Speedy Delivery can transport these shipments, it could potentially make for some interesting crim/citizen RP

Idk about the punching and the sitting, but they could add like a driving test you have to pay for and complete to get your license. That way you need to get money somehow to get the license and also have to pass a test before being able to access the car dealer NPC.

+1 It would be good if new players are able to get into passenger seats, but not be able to drive for the first 3 hours. That way, if a new player is getting hired by someone and they need a way of transportation, they can just hop in someone’s car rather than having to wait 3 hours.
