What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Because a rule was broken (Image sent below) Clearly this clip shows a misunderstanding of mugging rules & how PKs work around mugging. Bullets pulls up after seeing a rumour stating someone's being mugged in Construction., Then he approaches the guy who's restrained - talking to him trying to get his attention (dude looks AFK.), He goes to his attachments (trying to fish the guys name using C menu) to then successfully forcefully introduce himself to the victim, Dude wakes up, doesn't give him ANY information on the mugger, doesn't give him ANY description, Bullets goes up the stairs, kills me without proper identification, without having any connection to the restrained individual, is not in the individuals faction, and is completely unrelated making him a "vigilante" in this case., Not only do you need to know the person you're saving but you also require to identify the mugger if they leave the area. I was never spotted standing near him after his mugging, I was not moving and I was standing still on the rooftop - it was a pure assumption of who I was in that situation. My previous character in 14K was considered likeable and humorous, even if occasionally disruptive, which I can easily control. How do you handle this?: I would most likely be recording at the time. When the situation is taken by a different member, I would send my footage in to aid with the conclusion. If the only available option is to take it and I was not directly affected, then I would do so. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: To gain better context, I would request to speak with the member. If it rather clear that it was a blatant abuse of their power, with complete disregard for the experience of other players, I would gather evidence, including recordings of the incidents, the conversation, and route it up to Upper Adminstration. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There is no room for personal bias and to ensure this, I would request that a different member of the team take the ticket. If it comes to me, I would cite server rules, global rules, and the guidelines for administration to ensure that the ticket is handled fairly as if any other member of the team would do. To make sure that the situation is resolved per guidelines, if at any time that either I or any of the parties feel the sides are being taken due to past experiences, I would request another member of the team takes the ticket and provide only valid and fair context.

I think staff overlooked the clip because it was 2minutes long and bullets in the moment just didn't understand the legitimacy and more so needed a second opinion. Hello. I'm the officer who accidentally walked into the scene. I don't really have an opinion as I don't think it's mine to give, though I might as well provide any context that might be useful. I was walking through the ghetto doing normal sweeps alone. As I walked upstairs, I saw two individuals: one being Bambozzini and the other being his accomplice. Both of them had weapons out, which I quickly snapped a photograph of (attached). It was pretty apparent to me that you were casing this one particular apartment (possibly for a robbery, or as we know with the gift of hindsight, a targeted hit). I noticed that you were standing over the door and getting up close to it before pulling back. When I approached, I quickly ordered you two against the wall and detained you (which for some odd reason, you decided to comply with). While I was questioning you two and without prior knowledge, that random individual opened the door and started firing upon myself and you. He was quickly handled. The rest is the rest. Once again, I have no stake in this. Honestly, the whole situation was a jump scare.

-1 I absolutely never go out of my way to ruin someone’s chances at anything, but I’m making an exception here. Asian Runt has been nothing but a burden to deal with. Every interaction I’ve had with this user has involved his cop character, Bruno Giang, and none of them have been positive. I’m not even going to get into the three separate reports that landed on me during my time in IA, all relating to unprofessional behavior and abuse of power. My favorite interaction with B. Giang, however, was when I approached him at the central clothing store after noticing he was plainclothed. When I asked him about it, he first denied any wrongdoing, then proceeded to /LOOC a confidential file from NYPD IA, before making farting noises as if he had just won some kind of dick measuring contest. I have listed evidence with timestamps regarding my initial response to the aforementioned situation (file was restricted upon my request, link doesn't work so please don't delete the screenshot, thanks.) This user is neither mature nor fit for a staff position.

How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket, I would listen to both sides for their explanations and examine the presented evidence. If any punishment were to be given, I would hand it out to each party guilty regardless if they are in my faction or are my friend.

Allow Police Officers the ability through the "C Menu" to tow vehicles. This would only send the vehicle back to the owners garage. This would really help with "abandoned vehicles" and help clear up unattended vehicles to reduce lag.

If I remember correctly I’ve only been told once not several times and that was when yall took me and Howie to the back and after wards but never before had you guys told me about the rumor stuff don’t act like you guys are online all the time other than to stand around for hours and do north at all all I’ve ever been talked to about is my backstory and being you little Arron boy 85% of the time I was driving around and making money we’ve never had serious talks other than the night of the incident as you clearly stated the undercover was character abusing which made the rp invalid which makes the pk invalid because the whole undercover incident did not happen so you do not have a reason to pk me!!!

I had called it out aswell on my radio channel IC btw with all of my faction and I had reported all your guys clothing and who you guys had kidnapped which was a Jew aka our Allie .
