Hey, I was the staff member that set you PK active. I was given the reason of "Bringing heat to the organization" and was provided clips of you shooting police infront of their legal fronts. That could indeed bring attention to the orginization and its properties if one of their employee's are gunning down police on a regular basis, making you a liability. Buying your character back from a PK doesn't make it unpkable.

If I remember correctly you were running around in a white shirt shooting red coats in revenge of somebody RDM'ing you which regardless if the guy did RDM you (he didn't) it would still be revenge RDM. You weren't in any fear of losing anything because the redcoat you gunned down literally had his back turned to you. All the claims you have made are lies, I have also literally never heard of you in my life as memorable as the name "WARCRIMES KonradKoconut" is. You have taken 0 accountability for your actions and have shown no remorse, so I don't believe you should be unbanned and should serve out the 3 days like anybody else would. I also went out of my way to check what faction you are before replying and I was banned from the Popov discord the day before the event so it would be literally IMPOSSIBLE for me to shit talk in your faction server. good luck on your appeal

2 truths and a lie

You were using discord whilst mugging, regardless if the situation didn't need speaking ingame you were still in a call speaking talking to people you were actively "RPing"/mugging with. You were conveying information over discord that could be easily used in character. This could've been all avoided if you just stopped mugging whilst in VC, its pretty simple. I don't think your panicking excuse is true, you're just trying to get out of a ban and I don't believe you should receive an unban.

So by the looks of it the ban was a mistake, but you cannot deny the evidence I was provided isn't damning. You could have push to talk on discord for all I know but from the clip you shared you were giddy as fuck in the mic and I didn't hear you through Flyingcow's video so I think it is fair the ban gets lifted. Unlike the other two you weren't in a discord call and I made an assumption you were alongside them in the monkey business. Just took a gander at @Jairzinho's appeal and he claims you were in the discord but "deafened" it is very easy to set up a push to talk and take off discord audio on medal clips, I am still unsure at the time you were metagaming. But from a guilty mans testimony you were also in a VC with them making your whole story false

Hey, I was the staff member who accepted the PK. So in this situation you refused to follow fearRP as you didn't comply with their demands to follow them into the alleyway when they had 3 guns on you. You had turned around and acknowledged the man behind you pointing a gun at you and still decided it was the best decision to become a deer in headlights and stare at the man and not do anything at all. Now what is iffy is the police situation. During the sit I had requested the POV from Psykho but for whatever reason I received no response. From the clip I was provided it was completely valid because you were in a yellow zone and they were attempting to drag you into a red. If we're speaking realistically Psykho wouldn't have the vision he had whilst he was third person in the vehicle and if he was first person he would have low visibility of the situation. during the sit I attempted to cover all bases but with the evidence I was provided it ended up being a PK, I had also asked for a second opinion from a Senior Admin and they had also agreed it was a PK on your behalf for not complying. Good luck on the appeal but as of now I see it as a valid situation

Hello, I was the staff member that approved the PK. After reading your appeal and in the sit you claimed that you had your toolgun out so you couldn't react, but from the clip you had provided showed you weren't even in the Q menu when they initiated fearRP and you can press F7 with any swep in your hand so it doesn't really make sense why you bring that up as defense. But he gave you around 10 seconds to comply with his orders and you decided to take your time and eventually got shot for being slow. The response Trumader provided seems highly probable in my opinion because I have personally mugged somebody in that area due to the lack of foot traffic and it just makes sense the more dead areas become more dangerous. I can't personally speak on the target mugging claims because I haven't personally seen or heard anything about that. If UA seems this was targeted for no reason then there is a possibility of this being reverted but from how I see the situation it looks completely valid.

Hey, I was the person that PK'd you upon death. You are making metagame claims because I was on my Police character before hopping on my staff character to take the wall of tickets but it just simply isn't at all true. The reason you died was VCWP, you attempted to killed police to save yourself from a charge for murder. The timing was unfortunate but I responded as soon as I could. When starting a gunfight with LEO's you put yourself at risk of PK.
