Hello, I was the staff who banned you. I was flying around on my staff character and flew into Ghetto Room 9 and noticed a bodyguard at the bathroom door. Inside the bathroom was you and another person, the second person was giving you a lap dance while you where actively participating in it. You went into that room fully knowing what was going to happen. "There was no /me" is lowkey the sorriest attempt of an escape I've seen. Lap dances are a very popular and KNOWN act of paid sexual acts just because the chick wasn't naked doesn't mean there wasn't any sexualRP intent. Hello, I was the staff member that banned you. Last night you were reported for RDM and when I was provided a clip you were shown shooting a player for seemingly no real reason. He was driving up the stairway between the jewish building and the Bruno-Scarfo building and you just shot him down. Now I couldn't get your side of the story because you had logged off but from how it looked you were kinda RDM baiting all last night and acting sorta mingey so I don't think the story and clip that was provided at the sit is far from the truth. If I made an error I apologies but as of now it looks valid.

Hey @ayokool, I was the staff member that set you PK active. The true reason for your character's PK was that a hit was placed on you by the orders of Kosher Nostra command. The reasons behind the orders are speaking to cops and answering questions without a family lawyer present, which can leave room for suspicion of you being a snitch/informant. The second reason is calling the police on allied factions, for example, Bruno-Scarfo which can fall under breaking alliance rules or faction rules.

+1 I've known Sosa for around 3 years from various different communities, he was actually a big help during the start of my Diverge experience. I'm not going to sit he and act as if Sosa wasn't a minge as I was partially victim to his antics as I was a Bonanno during his time in De Leon, but if he has been this consistent with appeals I believe he should be given a second chance. I don't think the "pay the toll" catchphrase is a fair approach to this ban and I think he should be given another chance and if unbanned should be watched for a little. I also would like to note Anzati was insanely correct with the PVP over RP comment, De Leon a group that was full of minges but thankfully they've changed their ways as of recent, ix_crazy for example, he isn't perfect by all means but he is definitely more behaved compared to 2024 and I feel this might be the same situation for Rupert/Sosa.

Hello Jester, I was the staff that blacklisted you from using flags. It was really late like you mentioned, but that doesn't excuse your behavior on the server. I was in Diverge Social Room VC and somebody had their stream on of the server, and I witnessed first-hand you and a few others being neglectful with their PET flags. You stood out most from the crowd due to you breaking a plethora of the PET rules. You were flinging cars into the sky, flying on props, and making large ramps for cars to jump off of. When I logged onto the server and flew over to the group that was doing it, I heard somebody say, "There is a staff on, delete it" and it all suddenly vanished once you realized somebody might see you being a minge with your flags. In my opinion, you shouldn't be unblacklisted and should go a few more months without them to really learn your lesson because if this "only happened because you were tired" then what stops you from getting tired again and doing the exact same thing later down the line?
