Hello, PKing admin here. You were PKed because you had orders for your death. When joining a criminal faction, you get a pop-up while getting whitelisted, and as it says, "This comes with the risk of being permanently killed." All factions have rules, and you broke one of your faction rules, which resulted in your character's death. Unfortunately, you where AFK so you didn't know what happened.

I think hiding the vehicles you don't have the whitelist to should be a sorting option, or just having them hidden from the list until you purchase the whitelist from the owner. It gets confusing when you're hiring a new player and they have 0 clue about what they are doing and don't know how to search for the vehicle you are asking them to buy, so just hiding all the vehicles you can't even buy would for sure fix the confusion with new players, gets rid of the clutter and overall is a QOL change.

Banning Admin here. The reason I banned you is because around 12PM EST, you shot and killed an officer for simply asking for your ID because you were brandishing your firearm. [Clip] The only situations you can shoot a cop is if they attempt to tase you/handcuff you, from the clip I was provided the officer never attempted either, I've had a friend in the same situation [Forum of the same situation] and it was denied obviously. The reason for the 2-week ban is because of how often and how many times you've RDMed, I'm not too certain on what you meant by you didn't have PO's on your record from our conversation over Discord but you have an extensive record of RDM/ARDM I was honestly confused how your latest RDM ban was only 4 days. I know you weren't online for the sit because you are in the UK so I understand the confusion.

Hello, I'm the person who banned you. As you said "i take responsibility to the MVDM." so that is out of the way, I added NITRP because you non-stop ran a group over for 5-7 minutes straight, There was no intention to RP. (CLIP - he was the one in the pink vehicle. I was clearly having connectivity issues, but it's obvious he was trying to run everybody over.) I do admit, I was a little harsh with the 1 week ban, but that was decided when you were playing dumb in the sit acting like you didn't know that VDM was against the rules when you had a note for it from a day prior. I am not against a shortened ban, but I feel I was correct about why you were banned.

Random Deathmatch is when you kill someone for an invalid reason, this right here was an invalid kill and you were punished for it. Like I said I understand it was a mistake but you had an ill intention when picking him up as you said "i wanted to throw him in the trash". If you really wanted to do something about him talking shit to you, you could have done it within the rules.

Hello, I am the person who gave you the note. The note was issued because a player died because you picked him up. Yes, it might have been a mistake, but there was no reason to pick him up in the first place, so I felt my punishment was more than fair, considering your record of RDM. From the clip he provided for me, it seemed to be a retaliation for him shit-talking you and your buddy in the lowrider [Clip].

It was Metagame AND FailRP. For the application, it seems low effort and as well as in some parts, you didn't even meet the 5 minimum sentences. I've never heard you use your mic ever. -1

Using this as an example when the clip clearly shows him with a tazer NOT firing it and out ordering the group of people to step out of the vehicle. The words "You are being detained" or "You are under arrest" weren't spoken on the scene only after when he was in the sit room, he gave a lawful order for you guys to stop driving, for example; A Police Officer flicks on his sirens, and asks you to stop driving does that give you right to plow him down with a gun?
