What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was given orders to do a hit for my faction, the individual that we were doing a hit on had been sitting in the club while I was recieving orders. Afterwards we went out to search for him but found he was still inside the club. We went inside to continue with the hit, and with no reasoning to do so the individual we were doing the hit on pulled out his gun and shot me. Throughout the entire process we showed no indication that we were gonna PK him. Afterwards we learned that he said "Ive been apart of Bruno for months, I know how they set up hits". But he was an associate with no bones, no roles that would indicate that he had participated in hits before, and was never active on his char. I have never been banned before for RDM? i had a note and that was made clear before you told me i was receiving another one, nobody in my situation would be polite to a known minge cop who was trying to make things worse. i apologise if i came off as rude to you but i wasn't behaving poorly.

Again i'm confused because halfway through my clip you explicitly state i'm going to recieve a note and to be careful, i have a verbal dispute with the person in the sit who's a known minge cop and who was actively trying to ragebait in the sit by forcing implications i shot him because he annoys me or because he's black icly, the only thing you said was just "what are you talking shit about her now?" and then went on to ban me.

I was taken to a sit by Adava Kedavra for an RDM case, i had shot a police officer who had was trying to arrest someone i knew, i wrongly stated that she didn't have her cuffs out at the scene when she in fact did. specifically because she surrendered to pull her cuffs out and said "this is the fastest way to do it" But the staff member stated they were only going to give me a note for RDM and then proceeded to ban me for a day, i understand my error in communicating the facts and that it's only a short ban but even with that it doesn't feel right to be lied to by a staff member about the punishment you'll be recieving.
