Hello Jester, I was the staff that blacklisted you from using flags. It was really late like you mentioned, but that doesn't excuse your behavior on the server. I was in Diverge Social Room VC and somebody had their stream on of the server, and I witnessed first-hand you and a few others being neglectful with their PET flags. You stood out most from the crowd due to you breaking a plethora of the PET rules. You were flinging cars into the sky, flying on props, and making large ramps for cars to jump off of. When I logged onto the server and flew over to the group that was doing it, I heard somebody say, "There is a staff on, delete it" and it all suddenly vanished once you realized somebody might see you being a minge with your flags. In my opinion, you shouldn't be unblacklisted and should go a few more months without them to really learn your lesson because if this "only happened because you were tired" then what stops you from getting tired again and doing the exact same thing later down the line?

This doesn’t really make sense, you expect him to stay silent when he feels he was wronged. He voiced his frustration with staff, you told a rule that didn’t exist and then he wanted another member of staff that had a better understanding of the rules.

This isn't anything insane, but a quick change that Bingus or whoever owns the Government Documents can do. Currently the Criminal Complaint sheet lists 2 charges at the top by default, but below that it asks you to describe the 3 assumed charges they're being charged with. In this situation you had more then enough time to react. In the ticket makers clip he had his gun off safety the instant he started shouting orders at you, the person that clicked their gun off safety was the other person with him. In the sit you claimed "I didn't hear him because I was playing music" which isn't a server issue, its yours. How I see the situation is you heard him tell you its a mugging, you unlock your car and tried escaping the mug which lead to your death. Unfortunately you did break FearRP and the rule you cited basically only applies to situations where the victim gets shot 1-2 seconds after receiving commands.

That is a faction thing. They usually will have a channel for character backgrounds. In my opinion if it got added to the forums I doubt anybody would use to correctly or even at all, alternatively you could make a general discussion and label it “Character Backgrounds” and begin the thread with your own story and see if anybody piggy backs off of your idea.
