I typically type my responses, in this instance I found the log: "4Lights: Don't spawn plates on peoples heads, if you do, next time you'll lose prop flags". I opted to give you a note for that instance, where I believed you used your flags to bait RDM. I think I had been generous, given that you had 2 previous prop notes, I did not believe you needed a 4th. So, I had left a note saying to remove on next prop abuse. Your props were removed by Ender on the next of such occasion, I apologise if this was not clear to you. It should be said on any occasion of prop abuse, your flags can be removed. We don't have to give warnings, although typically we do. This is again, the 4th occasion of prop abuse since May. If you'd still like to pursue this appeal, please given substance to the actual situation that led to your appeal, instead of the prior one that I was involved in. I am not the scapegoat. Enders took your flags, you are appealing that incident, so please give comment for that situation instead of focusing on the prior one. You spawned plates in their business? For what reason? Give reasons why you might need pet flags for RP reasons; like spawning in your factions business or your food trucks etc.

I have seen said clip. You shot a cop and killed a cop infront of their business ( which also appeared to be RDM ), you also killed that cop twice witnessed by the faction that PKed you. They PKed you for bringing heat. ( repeated erratic behavior ) You didn't order from their racket, you received drugs from the faction and processed them. Which was directly related to your faction, therefor you are not considered a 'door man' with no knowledge of the faction. You showed a gross negligence to your character's life here, and although we would have liked them to give more warning and have spoken to you. I believe this reaches the threshold for an accepted PK. This appeal will be denied. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. Watching the PK clip. You are only definitively under FEAR RP at the 6 second mark on the clip, they attempted to initiate from behind and therefor the FEAR RP isn't valid until the moment you turned around. They shoot you at the 9 second mark. They gave you 3 seconds to respond under FEAR RP. They killed you quickly because of the cop nearby. they didn't give enough time to comply, the TEC 9 only appears in your hand after they started shooting you ( for a split second at the 9 second mark of the pking clip. ) Therefore this will be accepted. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

As stated, they can lie to you. The trust wasn't there. They saw you playing when you were 'retired' and you tried to use that as a shield, unfortunately it is insufficient. You were playing again on the character, you needed to make arrangements with the organized crime family you were in. 'Retirement' in the mafia can mean a lot of things. Hey, I will be denying this appeal. Your mic here is set way too loud and distorted. You give a clip where you can't or barely can hear what other people are saying, you come off as the transgressor on their property, on a civ and is cut to a point where you don't see the start and your very quick to jump out and shoot. Further, there is a cop right there, you show complete disregard for and attempt to shoot over them to try to get a few more kills in ( as others are putting there guns away ). That one faction I was the leader of

So you posted this clip, but another clip was given as the reason for the PK. Your actions were mingey in both of these scenarios, in one it appears you bait cops in the water, they shoot you. You then pull a gun and shoot them, yes, not a valid PK. The next scenario you are directly infront of PD and you pull out a gun and shoot the front of PD and get immediately killed. This is starting a violent confrontation with police, a perfectly valid PK the moment you draw your gun, you can't hide behind 'they can't execute me' in this manner surrounded by cops, while shooting the precinct. The only reason I am accepting this appeal is because the PK clip has major issues and is unacceptable for PK usage. Your actions were baitey and mingey in both clips and I would consider your actions in future. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

So logs indicate you did infact tie someone outside of a business in the open, you didn't take anything and 20 seconds later he was untied. You did not participate in the faction's drug racket and no evidence was given to back the credibility of scamming. While it is likely you minged and tied the person up ( which is a fail-mug btw. ), you didn't even search the guy and this action was done to a civilian and was not a criminal action directly related to your faction. Your character was new and it doesn't seem you were given warnings before being given the PK orders, the evidence for scamming is minimal going through all of your action since creating the character. After discussion, it appears you were killed for mostly stupid minge shit, you were not warned and your actions and reputation would be considered that of an entry level employee being as they could not prove illegal actions in direct relation to their faction, no faction drug racket use. I will be accepting this appeal, however all IC information about your criminal faction is void and your character will be reinstated in the civilian faction. Ban has long since expired, further on the clip given you try to fear RP a non immobilized vehicle, running directly Infront of it before shoot the driver. Look up the person you killed, it does not seem like they were in violation of NLR and you did leave within a 15 minute cooldown. "the car must be completely immobilized, either pitted, unable to move or in a parked and blocked position. FearRP does not apply to individuals in a moving car. Hey there, you were under fear RP and ignored command blatantly, said fuck you and ran and got yourself killed.
