Here is evidence of me bringing them both in a sit and explain the situation and what happened, they both agreed and understood my words, I continued by returning both of them to deal with the 25 other tickets I was busy taking.

I'm going to comment because I was the one who denied the original report. I deemed it was invalid for the reasons I'll be explaining below, I ALSO sent the clip in Discord and asked 2 UA members to give their opinions which they both agreed the mug was valid. I did this to prevent conflict of interest (wink wink ) The TM can be seen infront of the Golden Dragon with a group of individuals (including 2 Takahashi-Kai members) gathered across the street infront of The Garrison, accompanied by a single witness standing infront of the bench. Tengu initiates the mug at this exact moment, in a yellow zone, with only ONE witness directly looking at the incident. All others, excluding one of two Takahashi-Kai members are looking away towards The Garrison enterance. This ban is invalid because it did not constitute a failmug. All mugging rules were followed, individual was dragged to a red zone via FearRP and only then was he tied up and actually mugged in the alleyway. Regarding the mugging char, I'm not even going to bother explaining, Tengu is a Captain, since when are Captains with their characters set as their main considered mugging char. Bro was literally mid RP (gunsale) when he was banned. If he was also PK'ed for failmug that also should be reverted immediately. I might not be staff anymore but at no point I will let someone get punished without justification.

Yeah, no. (My reasoning is not your age, I used to run competitive Minecraft networks when I was 14. Diverge has a lot of people and they aren't exactly the easiest to deal with, I don't think you've experienced enough of life to deal with them professionally. Hello, PKing admin here. I never thought I’d say this, but Andy has made a very valid point. You had orders written on you for “failing to pay kickups” and “ghosting the family.” I understand that your faction’s Underboss gave you permission to retire. However, as both Andy stated and as outlined in the rules, even if you are granted permission to retire by the Don himself, they are under no obligation to uphold that promise and may still place orders on you for up to 14 days after you leave the faction, not from the moment you announce your retirement. In your case, you were still in the faction at the time, and it is entirely possible that your Underboss, or anyone with caporegime permissions either changed their mind or was not being truthful afterward. Regarding your metagaming concern, the individual carrying out the hit is not required to know your name directly. The person who received the orders did, however, have the F3 of the individual who issued them. Best of luck with your appeal.

-1 I absolutely never go out of my way to ruin someone’s chances at anything, but I’m making an exception here. Asian Runt has been nothing but a burden to deal with. Every interaction I’ve had with this user has involved his cop character, Bruno Giang, and none of them have been positive. I’m not even going to get into the three separate reports that landed on me during my time in IA, all relating to unprofessional behavior and abuse of power. My favorite interaction with B. Giang, however, was when I approached him at the central clothing store after noticing he was plainclothed. When I asked him about it, he first denied any wrongdoing, then proceeded to /LOOC a confidential file from NYPD IA, before making farting noises as if he had just won some kind of dick measuring contest. I have listed evidence with timestamps regarding my initial response to the aforementioned situation (file was restricted upon my request, link doesn't work so please don't delete the screenshot, thanks.) This user is neither mature nor fit for a staff position.

If you hadn't have threatened him on radio after he left the faction, there would be no way for him to realize you were after him but you clearly stated you were coming for him on the frequency, which is something I witnessed because I was next to the TM while setting the target active. It's ultimately up to UA to decide but I found it reasonable that he would've been scared for his life and attempted to kill you while you were restrained by the officer (who had no idea what was going on at the time), a little unfortunate but welcome to MafiaRP.

Hello, PKing admin here. You were given orders by your Sr. Streetboss to locate and kill an individual for leaving your faction and for insubordination. After the individual left the faction, you stated on your faction’s radio frequency, “face your fate nigga,” which gave him sufficient notice and ample time to understand that you were actively pursuing him. You later found him to be barricaded inside a room in the ghetto. At the scene, both you and your accomplice made audible footsteps while sweeping the rooms one by one, which also created noise and further alerted the individual inside. Shortly afterward, a detective arrived on scene, witnessed both you and your friend waiting outside the room with your weapons on safety, and took photos before detaining you against the wall. During this moment, the individual exited the room, killed you, and injured your accomplice. For clarification, I have included the relevant PK guidelines below: “If you are attempting to PK someone, during the hit you are also PK active.” “Meaning if you're attempting to kill or have just killed the victim, but you were also killed, you are subject to a PK, so do not be reckless when carrying out these serious murders.” Additionally, both you and your accomplice were in a voice call while carrying out the PK attempt. This alone invalidates the PK, even if it had otherwise been executed correctly. As a result, you and your accomplice were issued bans of 1 day and 3 days respectively. After your death, I pulled your friend into a sit and explained how keeping an item in your bank account because your friend had "no space for it" was classified as racket abusing and was not permitted. Hello, I’m the admin who banned you. As I’ve mentioned MANY times already, which you still do not seem to understand, you were banned based on a player report accusing you of RDM on two separate occasions. In the clips that were PROVIDED to me by the TM, which you also added to your appeal, you killed the player for ABSOLUTELY no reason and with ZERO interaction TWICE, which is why the ban was issued. As I’ve AGAIN mentioned multiple times both in the UA ticket you opened AND in our DMs, I already recommended a reversal of the punishment if the players you interacted with are banned or proven to have been cheating. For future reference, the correct way to handle situations like this is to create a UA ticket or call staff in-game directly, rather than going on an RDM spree against the players. Had you done that, this situation and the resulting false judgment would have been avoided completely. Best of luck with your appeal.

I assume I'm the "Turkish admin" mentioned here. I pulled you into a sit and asked how you had gotten access to a document which you responded by saying it was "fake" and "psychological ops" directed towards a specific faction which I found reasonable as others have done it in the past. I did not clear you of any wrongdoing regarding any of your ban reasons which include char abuse.

In the screenshots above, it can be seen that an argument broke out between you and your faction members over your comment regarding Francesca’s PK. While your comment on this sensitive situation may have caused backlash against you, the situation escalated further afterward. Regardless, you may be PK’d by your faction leader at any time and for many reasons as stated in the PK Guidelines. By joining this faction and involving yourself with the faction’s racket, you accepted the risks that make this type of PK possible. You were provided with this prompt when you were joining the faction, this was for you to read and to understand the risks of being in the "Mafia". Furthermore, I've provided a quote from the PK Guidelines below: ■ Bringing 'Heat' to the faction As a result of their reckless action or arrests they bring attention or heat to the group and are therefore too much of a risk to keep around. Hello, PKing admin here. You were PKed for dying whilst under FearRP, not failmug (apologies for incorrectly stating the reason as failmug in the sit). The TM saw you unarmed right as you were exiting the LAV apartments. He pulled out his weapon and put you under FearRP, clearly stating that you were being mugged by saying "Hands up", "Come over here", and "Come back". You proceeded to run towards the docks whilst still under FearRP and, as a result, you were killed. If you had fought back, pulled out your weapon, and killed the TM during this entire encounter, even when you went into the bushes to hide, he would've been PKed. The only second thought I had was regarding witnesses. If there were more than 3 at any given time, but when re-watching the clip it can be seen that the pink car drives off before 2 members of another faction come to observe the situation, making it no more than 2 witnesses at a time. The fact that he killed you in front of an NPC also does not change anything, as the mugging was initiated at LAV. If this were considered a failmug, people could easily run to the PD or in front of an ATM whilst fleeing from an active FearRP scenario. I've listed a section from the rules that is relevant to this exact situation: While under FearRP, it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed, that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. This means it is NOT a rule violation to break FearRP, but if you are killed while breaking it, there is a possible IC consequence of being PKed. Best of luck with your appeal.

+1 Over the past two months of knowing Andy, I’ve seen a genuine change in the way he carries himself. When I first met him, he sometimes let emotions affect how he handled situations, especially during tense moments. But as time has gone on, I’ve noticed him become much more mature and able to separate personal feelings from roleplay and server situations. Instead of reacting emotionally, he now takes a step back, thinks things through, and handles issues in a far more professional way. Everyone makes mistakes, especially in a community they care deeply about, but what matters most is whether someone learns from them. From what I’ve personally seen, Akira has done exactly that. He’s remained active, committed to the server, and continues to show genuine passion for both roleplay and the community. Because of the progress he has made over these past two months, I truly believe he deserves a second chance and should be seriously considered onto the team. Best of luck in your application.

Hello, I’m the staff member who issued your punishment. As I explained when I initially pulled you into the sit, you had someone actively chasing you with the apparent intention of mugging you. You first climbed a fence in the ghetto area, then attempted to scale a boarded-off fence. After realizing it couldn’t be climbed, you then attempted to prop jump over it. When I moved you into a sit, your response was that “others were doing the same.” At that point, I gave you two options: either a 1 day ban, or the removal of your PET flags, since you used them to escape an active RP scenario.
