Overall I've had nothing but positive interactions with staff members, but I find during the day there's a slow response time to tickets, and well, I want to help! I've been a staff member on other servers outside of Garry's Mod (a couple Roblox games and most recently a moderator/mini administrator on a Minecraft server!) So I understand the basic concepts and the way to interact with people when they are being difficult! Other than that I'm motivated because I want to be of assistance to members of the community and help make the game a more enjoyable experience! Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be considered due to the fact I can be on during the day when most staff can't, also because I have lots of playtime in my 5 months here! I also know how to handle situations in a way that creates a positive environment throughout the community. Overall I believe I hold a positive presence on the server and that is just another reason I should be considered to be a member of staff. (Please list where, what position and how long): I have been a Moderator/Mini Administrator on a Minecraft server for 8 months. I staffed a few Roblox games back in 2023-2025 but I've since resigned from those. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I was banned once in that whole unapproved crew deal discord incident at the end of February/early April. I have since read the discord rules thoroughly and reflected on the situation. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think members of the community are fond of me and that I am well known! I have been writing a magazine in game for 6 weeks now, and that has been a good community outreach moment. I also held an assistant manager position with the Trattoria so many people know me through there. Overall I believe I have a positive reputation throughout the server, from the Italians to the Jews. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Honestly, my favorite moment was when a staff spawned a chair that had the name "Magical Chair" and I carried one of my good friends to every restaurant in the game asking for "seating for my grandpa in the wheelchair". It may seem super silly but it was actually very fun and made lots of people laugh! Also pretty much any game master event I've been a part of has been wonderful! How do you handle this?: If the roleplay situation allows it, switch to my staff character and help the people affected out. If I am in the middle roleplay situation (ex. I'm currently mid arrest on my PD char) I will wait till that scenario is over, then help with the ticket! You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report the situation to upper administration with proof, even if it's a maybe, it's always better to report it and let someone who is a seasoned staff member handle the situation. Depending on the situation and the severity of the mischief, I would contact a person of higher authority. I would never confront the person face on to avoid conflict among staff members. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would proceed with this like I did not know the person at all, I would review the clip/logs and act accordingly, no matter who it is, everyone should be treated fairly. I believe this approach eliminates the chance of bias towards a friend/faction member. Thank you for considering my application!

So I start driving off slowly at first, then he starts shooting at the EVO. At that point I speed off because he’s literally beside the dude that killed him and the one who just got shot and killed, laying dead on the floor. Y’all have my POV already, and admins already watched it. I’ll post it again because it’s funny. Keep this guy banned for a while at the very least all he knows is RDM RDM RDM!!!! What does this suggestion add / change / etc : You can't punch for 2 hours, and you can't sit down for 4 ( alt + e). I think a logical change is that you cannot DRIVE with untill you reach 3 hours of playtime. Has this been suggested before : Shi I dunno At least 2 positives of this suggestion : - Less minges stealing cars upon starting the server and ramming it into a crowd of 30 people. - Less work for staff, having to refund / comp dozens of people going through the painful process of being hit by cars for no reason. 2 negatives for this suggestion : Really only one - a new player who WANTS to rp cant drive and larp for 3 hours. But to be fair.. you take away their ability to punch for 2 and alt + e for 4. I think this is more than fair. Overall summary: Massive change that would at least reduce the amount of minges stealing cars and ramming dozens over for no reason. While this can harm new players TRYING to drive and larp. Seeing with the 2 others things that are already held off on them I don't believe its a massive thing. And in theory, it could just be someone else on a new character doing it but, thats up to them if they really wanna get banned for MVDM / mingey behavior if they actively play.

literally like a half hr before his ban he Force IDed me and detained me saying that I matched the description of a suspect that ran away from a murder crime scene. Even though I'm wearing a hoodie that WL only to me and 2-3 other people who were not playing at the time, additionally I was wearing a Dres mask which covers my whole face but doesn't hide my F3. in combination the outfit covers my full head and the rest of my body except my hands. Instead of typing an essay saying how I looked nothing like the suspect that he was looking for, Ima just show you the video of the PK and i want y'all to look at the suspect closely, I'm also going to show you a photo of the guy he arrested (he wasn't even there) for said murder and Ima show you a photo of what I was wearing when he detained me for "matching a description" || || || (clips of said Pk) The mugshot is the guy he arrested who wasn't even at the scene and the photo of the guy in a hood is me. TBH idc anymore since he's banned and I didn't get arrested, but he has done similar shi in the past multiple times and I can say from personal experience and from what I heard from others. Almost every time I think back about personal experiences with martin riggs I can only remember the times he was being corrupt and being biased with his RP, making the server a worse experience because he is harassing people and power tripping people because he thinks he's better and has authority over everyone on the server. I can't think of one positive thing he has done to make the server a better and more fun environment. When reading his appeal please consider what type of person you would be allowing back into the server by allowing him a second chance.

From what i was told and the proof i had been given Which will be attached to this reply, You were banned for RDM - Improper Escalation, Which was then extended to a Perma Ban at the Order of Pendred, The originally banning admin asked me for my verdict, and i gave the same response as i will provide here. In the situation I've witnessed, it is a clear case of Improper Escalation, Yes there was a PK, Yes the individual driving away was involved, However upon opening fire on the individual is Not an active threat, They are Unarmed In a Car Driving away, and shouldn't be fired upon, as PD Must strive to Make an arrest, Not execute suspects. In this situation from the clip you've provided i can confirm you did not damage the individual involved in this situation, This is new evidence that was not present during your ban, and I'm certain UA will take that into account when it comes to your appeal. He runs a newspaper, helps out multiple different factions with recruiting and overall is a nice person to have around. He is dedicated to hearing people's issues, is incredibly active, and is someone I can trust when it comes to airing out problems. This type of empathetic understanding is something that I, along with others, would truly love to see with the addition of him on the current staff team. This would be a lovely and passionate staff member who I believe will help the greater good and see across faction lines.

Hello! I was the Admin who initiated the ban, going off the evidence provided by Psykho. You were banned on the grounds of LTARP due to you getting in a foot pursuit with the cops and then switching chars to avoid the arrest. The ban was heavier due to the circumstances, where you would've gotten a hefty sentence if you were actually arrested. Regarding your argument to powergame, Psykho summed it up perfectly, where if you are going to shake hands with someone, it should be someone you trust. I know a lot of people who have gotten caught in that trap where cops will be off-duty and try to shake your hand. Anyways, that's all from me, best of luck in your appeal!

Hello! I'm the supporting admin who gathered the clips and logs after you LTARP'd. I passed everything over to Lunar because I would have been conflicted handling the ban myself. At the end of the day, whether or not the officer knew your identity beforehand doesn't change the outcome. You were visibly carrying a shotgun on your back in public, so any officer would have stopped you for that. Once you began evading, the apartment breach and chase would have also been justified. Regarding the name reveal power gaming claim. The mutual introduction mechanic requires the recipient to actively accept via F2. You had full control over whether to accept or decline. In the future, if you're around in a public area or possibly around people you don’t want to share your name with, it’s best to move to a private location before doing any introductions. I don’t condone any actual misconduct with the introduction system if it occurred, but the core situation (armed suspect evading) was handled within the rules. You’ve acknowledged that LTARP was wrong and that you denied roleplay to others, that’s why the ban in my opinion should stay in place.

+1 It would be good if new players are able to get into passenger seats, but not be able to drive for the first 3 hours. That way, if a new player is getting hired by someone and they need a way of transportation, they can just hop in someone’s car rather than having to wait 3 hours.
