I'm your PK'ing admin here, the reason why your character was pk'd was due to the fact that someone had noticed that you were going into a kosher room while on a Bonanno, upon further inspection I noticed that you had a kosher character that you had used this information to do things such as crew deals while on the Bonanno. Its common knowledge for everyone on the server, even stated on the rules under Metagaming rules: "11. You cannot use/pass IC information of one character with another one of your characters, that is meta." Which one of the reasons why you were also banned, the fact that you were using this information in order to use the room to conduct deals and profiting off the information is considered character abuse which is the main reason why the character was PK'd. I do understand and i see that you have come back after a year away, but you have been an on and off player since 2022 and we already expect you to somewhat know the rules.

Vehicle Rules: 3) Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not.

Hello! I'm your banning staff, very clearly from your own clip you had driven into a group. It just so happened that I was there but luckily not hit. Per the rules there are certain actions we don't allow due to it being against the rules and it being a lack of valid role play and it ruining the immersion of the players. While it is true you did not manage to kill anyone since I had picked up the vehicle, attempting to run over a group is still considered VDM, which under vehicle rules #2 "Do not randomly VDM." This just might be my assumption but I believe you did so, so close to restart, in order to get away with breaking the rules.

Hello! Upon further inspection of lockpicking logs we found that the reasons for your character D'Angelo to be PK'd are in-fact reasonable. Prior to the day you were pk'd it seems that you had done a fair bit of lockpicking this including kosher apartments, Lucchese apartments including a room your faction had access to and, a building Bruno-Scarfo owns. The reasons as said in the orders of "lockpicking into allies apartments" is supported. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. Hello! I'm the staff member that banned you, The reason why you were banned is because you clearly show no regard for RP. You've been around since May of 2025, you should already know what the rules are and what the roleplay standard is for this server. You cannot go up to two black models and go "Im the Niger Killer" then proceed to shoot and kill them without warning following what you said, as stated in killing rules #1 You may not randomly kill someone without proper reason. (RDM). you already have a note for RDM, the note and ban system is to let staff know what you have already been educated on. Unfortunately any form of RP that could build up to you killing two black men solely based on your "n-word killer" rp could be considered RDM Bait and would also not be allowed on the server, General Rules; #7 Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM/RDA you.

This has been stated a numerous amounts of times, staff members are the ones who enforce the rules, your job as a player is to report any violators of the rules. While I understand any anger you are feeling players need to remember that staff are here for a reason, if you decide to take it upon yourself to start breaking the rules against a rulebreaker you will be punished for the said rules you have broken. Hello! I'm the Pk'ing admin! Yes I did talk to troubled ghost and I did encourage you to appeal cause I felt like something was off but was unable to get either logs proof or clip proof. While shooting the person it could be that you shot the cop, or simply the bullet ricocheted and then struck the Probationary Officer. From the logs and clip it seemed like a standard violent confrontation with police, especially cause the cop managed to respond about 30 seconds later. Unfortunately the probationary officers clip was not clear at showing me that you did not have a gun out and were no longer an active threat- hence why the other officers didn't react; that was negligent on my part and I do apologize.

Hello! I can see that an argument got a little out of hand, regardless we cannot condone any of the actions that has happened. The lockers in PD are clearly in room that is marked Evidence, all lockers are only Whitelist locked for PD; those lockers are clearly meant to hold things that will be used IC'ly. We feel that your actions may have been motivated by hostility and therefore cannot let you off with a weaker sentencing. Please take some time to real/skim over the rules to get an understanding of this server. Under Robbery/Raiding Rules 9 it is very clear that any form of raiding or robbing of PD is prohibited. Having Said that...

Hello! I'm the staff member that approved your PK! If you don't know PK- means Permanent Kill, what this means is your character basically had the equivalent of dying in real life. The reason why you were killed was due to you breaking Fear RP. Someone with a gun had it pointed at you and was trying to rob you; if you comply you usually live but in this case you had not complied to reasonable demands. This act of breaking Fear RP is showing disregard for your characters life and in return lead to your characters death. I would recommend reading the PK Guidelines as it has more than one reason that can lead to your characters death! Sorry for the loss of your character!

Hello! I am the admin that approved the PK! Yes, as you stated made men of the criminal faction you were apart of did notice you taking pictures, although what you did not notice was them running after you and them watching you change back into the clothes you were wearing before going back and interacting with them. This was the Clip provided to me regarding the orders, I am still actively trying to get some audio in the clip but otherwise they had caught you in the act of you doing suspicious things while under their whitelist. My condolences for the death of your character. Edit: There is audio I'm deaf.

Hello! I am the staff member that banned you, metagaming is a topic we take seriously. Especially if you were using it to mug people; we had gotten a clip where you and the others you were mugging were coordinating in a call to mug someone, calling out "lets put this guy under FearRp." The ban was the length it was because you already had another metagaming note, I didnt feel like really needing to explain myself seeing as you should already know better. Before making any bans I had spectated you and your friends and noticed on multiple occasions where you guys would run around the map, moving around in sync, without saying a single word IC'ly. Considering your time on the server you should know better. The clip provided below should show why the ban is valid, not only did you state you and your friends should mug the guy but you also get replies from at least one of them before you all hop out of the car. This is a very lenient punishment. Clip of what happened!

Hello, I am the staff that had approved your PK; you had run over a cop while trying to flee from them pulling you over. This ruling was permitted under Pk Rules under confrontations with police, while not explicitly covered under the section-- any malicious attempt at getting away or killing cops with a vehicle will still lead to VCWP. The first cop you hit I will admit could be excusable for an accident, but the second officer you hit seemed intentional and malicious. We try to take situations like this in a realistic manner, if you were to hit a cop in real life the way you did here obviously the other officers watching it happen would shoot to kill. Sorry for the loss of your character!
