Hello, As another oil-seller I understand that it may get a bit hectic especially when there are a lot of people coming and going, for that there will be some leniency and consideration that this could've been an honest mistake. Unfortunately having said that, we expect you to be able to keep better track of people. Since this was allegedly not done on purpose and seeing that you are a legal character we expect you to know that Legal characters such as an Oil-character (not the only one) you are not permitted to scam; as it is against the rules. Hello, As stated by Geo_Zeus who actually did a pretty good job, the rules state as simple, The only officers who may plain clothes are detective unless given explicit permission. Officers (plain clothes) who do decide to engage with suspects must be properly identified by said suspect. Through Monaclus clip we can see that the suspect did engage with another uniformed officer but had his back turned by the time Monaclu did decide to step in and shoot the suspect. Monaclu himself states that he was participating in an event and between locations, he shouldn't have been involved in the arrest or the shooting since he was not uniformed and lacked the proper equipment to even arrest if he was able to. "Policework" should typically be done within PD if it is paperwork, otherwise pointed out by others should require proper equipped and uniformed officers. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Hello, In the Pk Guidelines its stated - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging. As seen in the Pk'ers clip we can see that while they did chase the suspect in an attempt to get the helmet back from the person who had stole it, they did not initiate proper FearRP. In order to initiate proper FearRP in both a Mugging and retaliation for scam, you must A) have your gun off of safety B) pointed at victim at all times, and C) Make reasonable demands with reasonable time to react. This was not followed in the clip, While they did have their guns out they did not have them off safety and did not make commands such as "stop moving." Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Hello, You were caught lockpicking apartments, this act is known as "raiding" if caught raiding a building by the owners of the building or tenants of the room they may retaliate and PK your character. Hello!! This as already pointed out by Sigil, individuals who are being mugged do not have to comply with the orders "f7 put your hands up" or "hands up or die" and put their hands up. Besides that- OP was otherwise complying, he did not attempt to fight back and paired with being in shock and frozen in place; he was not moving or running away. The act of just shooting simply cause they don't put their hands up could otherwise be considered RDM. I'm disappointed, for someone who mugs a lot you sure aren't well versed in the smaller finer details! Matador please take sometime to regulate your temper rather than go on a spree to mug and pk people, this is not acceptable behavior on the server and we are disappointed with your conduct. Hello, The VDM was not the reason behind your death, unfortunately that was its own different situation and should be handled as such. The instance for the alleged RDM as explained above was you being PK'd by the faction you were apart of, while i understand this might initially seem to be RDM i can assure you that it is not. Hello, The responding staff has provided you with valid evidence that can be used in an instance such as this, joining factions are always at your own risk. If you get caught doing something such as aiding the cops with any information that you may know is probably cause for factions to give orders on your character. Hello, As you can see Yuki did very clear and extensive research trying to give you leeway before you were banned, the provided documentation is as clear as possible; There was no way you could "hear" your friend from that far a distance. Looking at the clips there is also no way to tell that he was your friend since he was in no clothing that could've made him easier to identify. Yuki was gracious enough to allow you to try to give a reasonable explanation but you were unable to give one. Being stated, the reasons for the ban are valid. Hello, Why I did the pk: Rule 20 Mugging rules- "i.e. you may not perform vigilante justice and must have a group member connection or F3 of the person you are saving in order for the kill on the mugger to be considered a PK. While intervening, provided you are not being mugged or held under fear rp yourself, you are not at major risk of pk." Which case i interpreted part of the rule as not needing to have the F3 prior to the interaction as long as there was a group connection. (Colombo aiding a Kosher Ally). Why I was wrong: They need to have the F3 prior to the mugging, he was not apart of the RP and inserted himself. Mistakes happen!
