JJJ I genuinely feel sorry for your family and wish them patience, thank you for taking the things that we said jokingly in Diverge General seriously enough to put them in your PK appeal because you have given Andy and me the funniest last 30 minutes we have had in a while. I was on the same radio as Andy when he mugged your Cassano character, we were actually supposed to mug together and no joke we spent around 1.5 hours driving around the city looking for someone important to mug and could not find anyone. I went to the kitchen for two minutes to get some water, when I came back, bitch ass nigga Andy told me he had mugged you and was trying to PK you without me. Long story short just fuck off already, we do not want to see you in this community anymore, you cried in front of the SOS guys and screamed like a little girl then got PK'ed and had the clips spread everywhere about it, you came to Supreme and begged Andy and Knowledge for help, then betrayed Andy and pissed him off so badly now he mugged and PK'ed you and you are now completely obsessed with him, Andy this Andy that, take the L and leave us alone lame ahh nigga i'm actually almost dying from laughing reading your appeal and seeing ur screenshot proofs lil nigga always acting like a girl how can u take jokes from diverge gen and bring it to ur appeal you are a joke nigga

My ban still hasn't been lifted and I've now missed three days of playing with my friends over something I didn't do. If you're not going to respond until my ban expires I'd still really appreciate it if you could review my appeal and see that I'm innocent so the ban can at least be removed from my record. I don't want to have a Meta Gaming ban on my record for something I didn't do

I completely understand, and to be honest, I think I would've come to the same conclusion if I were in your position. However, like I've said, I genuinely wasn't in the Discord VC and was only banned because of a misunderstanding. I understand why, from an outside perspective, the situation looks suspicious and why Tupac's appeal made you think I was in the Discord VC. However, that simply isn't true. I am not the person being referred to as being in Discord. You can see that from both my own clip and his clip. And just to make it absolutely clear, I've never used push-to-talk in my life. It was a misunderstanding, and he meant to mention Shrekmeat as the one who was deafened not me because I was not in the VC during the mugging.

Late last night while I was in the city grinding shipments I noticed that two of my friends had gone out to mug people. Since I was bored I decided to join them to help out. While attempting to mug someone at the construction site we ended up killing the person. A ticket was opened afterwards but because there were no active staff members available at the time so we weren't able to complete the PK. After that I just didn't cared and went to sleep and when I woke up I found out that I had been banned for Meta Game. As I explained above I simply saw two of my friends out in the city and joined them in their car. During the mugging I was the one who initiated the mug and used In game VC. I had no idea they were in a Discord VC while we was mugging them. One of the two other banned players can be heard speaking in the clip (Tupac) and the other is the person who recorded and submitted the footage (Shrek meat) so I totally understand why they were banned. However I don't understand why I was banned for metagaming as well when I wasn't communicating with anyone through Discord in any way. I completely understand why the situation might look suspicious from the outside but I've been banned based on an assumption for something I simply did not do. I've been playing on this server for a long time and I'm not someone who goes around breaking the rules anymore. I know very well that if I had been in a Discord VC during that situation something like this could happen which is exactly why I wasn't. Hello, I was one of the muggers. My friend has already explained everything that needed to be said in detail. The mugging took place in a yellow zone, and neither the police nor anyone else actually witnessed us mugging you. The officer only started chasing us after hearing the gunshots, caught one of us, and released him after charging him with only misdemeanors. As Akira already explained, the officer had no idea what had actually happened and did not witness the mugging or the PK. If he had, there's virtually no chance that a District Attorney and a Lieutenant would have let someone involved in an incident like this go without felony charges. On top of that, my friend gave you multiple warnings and even counted down from 3 before taking any action. Instead of following our commands and walking back into the alley, you chose to stand there and stare at us. If you had simply complied with the orders we gave you, you wouldn't have been PK'd. I think thats a valid PK
