My ban still hasn't been lifted and I've now missed three days of playing with my friends over something I didn't do. If you're not going to respond until my ban expires I'd still really appreciate it if you could review my appeal and see that I'm innocent so the ban can at least be removed from my record. I don't want to have a Meta Gaming ban on my record for something I didn't do

I completely understand, and to be honest, I think I would've come to the same conclusion if I were in your position. However, like I've said, I genuinely wasn't in the Discord VC and was only banned because of a misunderstanding. I understand why, from an outside perspective, the situation looks suspicious and why Tupac's appeal made you think I was in the Discord VC. However, that simply isn't true. I am not the person being referred to as being in Discord. You can see that from both my own clip and his clip. And just to make it absolutely clear, I've never used push-to-talk in my life. It was a misunderstanding, and he meant to mention Shrekmeat as the one who was deafened not me because I was not in the VC during the mugging.

Late last night while I was in the city grinding shipments I noticed that two of my friends had gone out to mug people. Since I was bored I decided to join them to help out. While attempting to mug someone at the construction site we ended up killing the person. A ticket was opened afterwards but because there were no active staff members available at the time so we weren't able to complete the PK. After that I just didn't cared and went to sleep and when I woke up I found out that I had been banned for Meta Game. As I explained above I simply saw two of my friends out in the city and joined them in their car. During the mugging I was the one who initiated the mug and used In game VC. I had no idea they were in a Discord VC while we was mugging them. One of the two other banned players can be heard speaking in the clip (Tupac) and the other is the person who recorded and submitted the footage (Shrek meat) so I totally understand why they were banned. However I don't understand why I was banned for metagaming as well when I wasn't communicating with anyone through Discord in any way. I completely understand why the situation might look suspicious from the outside but I've been banned based on an assumption for something I simply did not do. I've been playing on this server for a long time and I'm not someone who goes around breaking the rules anymore. I know very well that if I had been in a Discord VC during that situation something like this could happen which is exactly why I wasn't. I understand that it may not sound convincing but the truth is that I was not in Meta Gaming. As you can see in the clip I'm about to provide, I start laughing to myself after the car explodes. In the metagaming clip that led to all three of us being banned my voice cannot be heard at all which further shows that I wasn't in the Discord call. Hello, I was one of the muggers. My friend has already explained everything that needed to be said in detail. The mugging took place in a yellow zone, and neither the police nor anyone else actually witnessed us mugging you. The officer only started chasing us after hearing the gunshots, caught one of us, and released him after charging him with only misdemeanors. As Akira already explained, the officer had no idea what had actually happened and did not witness the mugging or the PK. If he had, there's virtually no chance that a District Attorney and a Lieutenant would have let someone involved in an incident like this go without felony charges. On top of that, my friend gave you multiple warnings and even counted down from 3 before taking any action. Instead of following our commands and walking back into the alley, you chose to stand there and stare at us. If you had simply complied with the orders we gave you, you wouldn't have been PK'd. I think thats a valid PK

I had the white shirt and mask on, and I’m crouched getting back into the car after someone else keep in mind, NOT ME, PK’ed that guy. I get back in the car and watch behind me as he runs out of the townhouse you can literally buy and own (TH3) and pushes up on us with a gun pointed. So I start driving off slowly at first, then he starts shooting at the EVO. At that point I speed off because he’s literally beside the dude that killed him and the one who just got shot and killed, laying dead on the floor.
