While driving my forklift around town, I noticed that the gate to warehouse number 1 was open. I drove into warehouse number 1 because I could see several forklift trucks and a bunch of boxes. Upon entering the warehouse, there was an individual that had a gun and instructed me to leave the warehouse. I left the warehouse and exited the property as instructed. The individual continued to aim his firearm at me after I had left the property, thereby making him an active threat. The rules state that players may be killed if they are an active threat, therefore, I took the appropriate actions. There was also no signs of me RDM baiting him? This ban makes no sense to me. I would pick up other tickets if this individual is receiving reports for RDM'ing/breaking other rules from players other than myself. I would send this evidence to a staff member one rank above the offending staff member and not become directly involved. Hello, Let me start off by saying that I am a returning player looking for a unique way to start a business and make money. However, I was perplexed by my recent discoveries. The only methods of earning cash is through player owned businesses, which is great. But, I expected that returning after more than three years the mundane tasks of running a restaurant and or grinding shipments would've been added onto. Of course, player backed businesses are the backbone of this economy. However, I would love to see the server attempt to expand upon the current businesses. Correct me if I am wrong, because I might be after returning from 3 years. The last significant "Quality of Life" update that I have seen was the "Jailer NPC" that the Police Department received way back when. I still have my infamous BAR-Certified Character. Which leads me to lean towards starting up a Law Firm, however I find multiple quality issues in this section of roleplay which should be widely considered as so vital and interconnected to other parts of roleplay such as PoliceRP, CourtRP, etc. And should not be overlooked. 1. Money: Ability to charge fees to the defendant represented = Right now, cops are reluctant to uncuff criminals in the cells, and that doesn't guarantee they have the money on them. 2. Place of Operations: With the removal of World Corp, it is hard to find a good place to discuss legal matters. Something small, like a small little hole-in-the-wall room for law firms to own. I could probably think of many other ideas to help revitalize this section of roleplay, let's just start with these two.

It would make life that bit easier if locked lockers once the password has been entered would stay unlocked (Due to putting a password in) until you log off. Similar to the way coded doors work. You put it in once and it will just open normally for just you until you log off and have to re enter the password (For personal lockers not faction lockers)

Hello! This should have in fact not happened but we need to clarify on the reasons why. First, the location of the mugging. While the clip shows you in that tuck away there is a few issues with this. The tying logs show it happening very close to the corner right beside the NPC. With the clip starting late, it is unable to validated where the initiation happened. If it happened in the FOV of the NPC, it's invalidated from the start. This leads in to the other issue with this PK. The clip itself. As already stated it started late leaving out vital context. On top of this, the audio of the person who clipped it is cut. You can hear the victim, the partner, and can see the clipper is speaking but there is no audio. The would also automatically disqualify this PK as there is too much room to hide potential metagame and the orders being given to the victim are not audible. Finally, there is the issue of the reason you killed him to begin with. He is already tied. While tied, you never make an attempt to drag him while also shooting him for moving when you had control over it. There was also no attempt to search him or actually take the items. You sat there and wasted time while never actually continuing with the mugging. This combined with your own admission in the clip showed you were not there to mug him. You were there to try and PK hunt and sadly this was accepted thus giving you what you wanted. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

You were very clearly trying to slowly back out of the alley area where you could be seen from the street. They told you to stop moving around multiple times and you continued to do so. Also, if you could provide proof they initiated the mugging in front of NPC, it would be appreciated. The logs state you were tied here: That location is precisely here (where the traffic cone has been placed for reference): That position is marked as a red zone on the mugging map. Unless you have evidence showing otherwise, all the proof would say you were not mugged in front of the NPC. You also did not decide to say anything about supposedly being mugged in front of the NPC until you were told you would be PKed, which you could have made a ticket for and staff would have assisted you. As to the point of them being mugging characters, I reviewed the relevant logs and there was not evidence that would say they were specifically mugging characters. As for them saying they wanted to kill you, if you had followed FearRp and they killed you it would not have been a PK.

As the KTS don, basically I was really stupid and wanted to be a "shadow don" and let my lower command run the faction so I could avoid any legal issues. They hired exclusively retards. The faction died. If I had been more directly involved with the day-to-day I believe it could have lasted a lot longer. People pretty much just ran wild and I was too inactive to see it often or do much about it.

Gotta be so honest with you. This is supposed to be at least a semi serious if not serious rp server yet people wanna be able to run people down on the sidewalk, just have pvp matches. And essentially play dark rp. As a probably frequent ticket maker I really strive to only make tickets over serious infractions. Most of my tickets tend to be gun comps for being RDM'd by those retards anyway.

In the 2nd clip if you see in the corner he had my name as well, there was no meta game I had his name, he had mine. I was not the driver of that car I was just sitting in the car, only thing I said is his name, I did not try to bait him for him to try to kill me so I could kill him. Driving in a building is not harassing that makes no sense, I drove in, he pointed a gun at me, gave me warnings to get out and continued to give me warnings even when I was walking. even if he put his gun away he was still a threat, he was threating me with a gun, I had the right to shoot at him.

alright @bigwillyhumper69, youve inspired me. this is basically a copy and paste of my previous ramble the mansion AREA (strip that leads up to it and mansion itself) can be rehauled into a "industrial" block it doesnt need to be pretty could be literally anything lower end like townhouses, factory buildings, convenience/liquor stores OR could be a "Wallstreet" like block with professional buildings / luxury restaurants a potential mini world corp/legrand to make the nostalgia slaves shut up OR another urban area more clubs / bars / entertainment like a block LITERALLY the ideas and potential over there is insane (now this is in theory as well of HOW MUCH the area can fit truly) obviously nothing happens overnight + mapping takes work!! a new area of properties could really shake up things for new coming factions or existing ones to move elsewhere changing up the environment and day to day political environments were use to also this would provide just more general stuff in the northern end of the map as it is imo incredibly dead no reason to go over there unless you’re one of the few that has to own a property there (Even still people who own gas station etc never use it nor are ever open since its so dead) (this change would be benefiting all nearby buildings to continue RP to the area (7/12, gun store thats never used but can be with this change adding relevance, warehouse, laundromat, etc) overall would be a major update / upgrade to the northern side the mansion could be "under utilized" but there's realistically only so much you can do after you use it a few times, obviously a little bit more you could do BUT its owned by the government which never uses it and when you rent it youre under government watch and limited to what you can use the building for (so mainly GM events are the only thing left to be done there) overall theres just way more to gain and benefit the entire community with something the people can utilize and move around not a fat chunk just sitting there (its pretty much the old maps harbor warehouse that was in the far corner just sitting there the gov mansion corner/area is a ghost town.)
