I def agree with everything you said my main point was aimed towards new players and to add onto things the criminals can do. But you do make a very fair point and Im in nothing but agreeance.

I feel as if the legal side to this server is very slim. Obviously this is a mafia server so being a criminal is everyones goal but, I think adding new legal jobs for new players would be a great addition. Maybe even add more to the already existing legal jobs, add earnable promotions in the company. I just feel like with a well established legal side in the server it would also add more to the criminal side. Extorion, bribes, etc. It could also add more to alt chars. You'd be able to hop on an alt and take a break from grinding bricks, standing around, running a shop front.

The reason you were pked was due to missing countless amounts of kickups. To my knowledge you never posted a loa with us. There were more than enough times where we announced it was time for kickups and we never received one. I hope this helps you understand if you’d like I can show our logs where we track kickups to further help you understand

Simply lying to try and get your pk appealed is insane work. I was on the night we hired you, I know exactly who hired and trained you I get you're upset that we pked you out of the faction but simply lying to try and get your way aint it chief. To further touch on you being an "errand boy", you 100% were because If I remember correctly you never made it past associate correct me if im wrong. I also dont really understand how you were "metagamed" if you'd like to enlighten me I'd gladly hear you out. I'm also sorry for you standing around so much. I didn't know I had to hold your hand because you can't find things to do in the city. With that being said, I do have an open mind to this and if what we did was completely wrong I'd have no issue agreeing with you.

I do think you actually tried on the app. I just don't think it's where it should be, the grammer is a bit rough and could use work. Although I think your motives and ideas could be a good addition I also think a cartel would be a great addition, adding more to the diverse factions on the server. I would revise the application and fix the little mishaps if that's done I'd gladly give a +1 but for now its a -1.

As someone who recommended him and knows him extremely well. All I've seen from him is nothing but good. After a chat about why he wants to join staff it seems he wants to genuienly help the server/community although he has some "serious" bans imo I wouldnt let that hold him back. Wouldn't hurt to have another late night staff member. Massive +1
