-1 oil fluctuation making me too much money

Again my suggestion is to allow no one to bypass it. So it is not already a thing. It is also not very strictly enforced.
-
False, there is a 14 year old LT. My suggestion would make it so it is strictly enforced.

In recent conversations it has been increasingly frustrating for many in PD having to listen to literal children act like they know what they are doing and have the ability to boss people around. While this may be a rp server and a video game it is by no means designed for little children or meant to appear to that target audience, with a bulk of the server in their 20s-30s. Being a police officer is a high stress job as shown in this peer reviewed scientific article. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6400077/ Stress is mostly managed by the development of the frontal lobal (prefrontal cortex). (See image 1) This image shows that this functioning of the brain for stress, reasoning, and many factors that play into being a police officer come from this portion of the brain. Image 2 is a snippet of a scientific journal explaining the brain development specifically about the frontal lobe in teenagers. This snippet describes how teenagers may be able to cope with stress in calm situations, but in fast paced situations and high stress environments they react much more poorly. My suggestion is to demote all those under the age of 18 in PD command to senior officer and limit all supervisor roles to those above the age of 18. While this is still not an ideal age, this age marks legal adulthood. I also think we should strongly enforce the no one below the age of 16 in PD and actively discharge all those under that age. Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk.

I don't even know what this means and I don't want to

-1 this individual states he does not deserve to be unbanned. Therefore he shouldn't.

The permanent ban of Jmorsey! -
I'm gonna really help you out here . They want you to edit your original post to follow the format or else they will deny your appeal. It's a sign of showing you care enough to deserve to be unbanned.
-
But I love metagaming when people in my faction are doing shit they aren't supposed to
-
your lack of critical thinking is why you should not be unbanned
-
I don't think you'd know if you're blacklisted or not. I think I would know.
-
No you werent hes been blacklisted for awhile. -1 he is a LQP commits revenge RDM and hasnt even been permabanned for 3 months yet.
-
No but I'd still like it for other shipment crates like guns and oil.
-
+1 I have suggested this probably about two times already over the course of the past year.
-
It does help being given passive direction. Overall I see no harm in this and furthers add to the immersion and would simply be an optional experience for those who would like to do that. +1

Thanks Canadian. It has come to my attention it does do a /me. Just not consistently and I believe the /me could state more than just kicks down the door.
-
I just realized adding a /me to /doorkick does what the part one of this suggestion is asking for. It could say like [Name of officer] yells "hands up this is the police we are entering" and kicks open the door in front of them. A separate /me could be done for doorkicking vehicles if the code differentiates between the two of them. An audible noise for doorkicking that can go through sound proof walls would also be nice still.
-
This is a two parter. First of all, after recent events it has been discussed that police should in some way alert people to their presence during a raid. Currently you cannot bind a /y to doorkick because doorkick is also a say command and you cannot bind two say commands Bind key "say /doorkick;say /y POLICE PUT YOUR HANDS UP WE ARE COMING IN" is not possible. Recoding /doorkick to be a console command (or adding an additional command so /doorkick can still be used) seems like an obvious solution to make all parties in this debate happy. Second part. Add an audible door breaking sound to a successful doorkick that can be heard through walls. Not sure how possible this is, maybe a /me would also suffice but again the noise and /me after the doorkick would be nice.

Alright did people look into it and there's actual evidence of this people have that, not is this just your word? I'm okay with being wrong and I'm okay with not seeing any evidence but I'm not just gonna take you for your word. Like seriously one person confirm this and I'll change my vote. Literally the only reason I -1 is because of what I've heard of this metagame.
-
-1 can't convince me you weren't involved in the Adam metagame situation which unjustly pked at least 3 people in the UA-Commission war. Namely Blue, Corrado, and saint.
