I am consistently active, and I genuinely enjoy spending my time both on the server and on the discord, regardless of what I am doing. I also have a long and extensive history of staffing on G Mod servers, including both DarkRP and NutScript communities, along with more than 10,000 hours in the game. I would like to use my experience, activity, and familiarity to help the staff team and players, and contribute positively to a server that I genuinely enjoy being part of. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe I should be considered over other candidates because of my playtime and activity on the server. My work and school schedule also means Im able to be on at different times, from early in the morning to rush hour, and sometimes very late at night before bed. I think my activity shows how dedicated I am to the server, and the hours Im available could help the staff team cover times when fewer staff members are on. I have been playing GMod since 2013 and have been staff on many DarkRP, PoliceRP, Jailbreak, and TTT servers over the years. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of those servers or exactly how long I held each position, since I took a break from GMod for almost two and a half years. I recently came back through SCPRP and then moved over to 1990s RP, where I have been playing for the last three to four months. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: NO. Just one verbal warning for RDM Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I am fairly well known in the community, especially since I spend most of my time playing PD. I have had quite a few people come up to me and say I am one of the more chill people on the server, which I appreciate. I have not really had negative interactions with staff or been cited for anything negative. I cannot speak for everyone, but from the interactions I have had, I feel like I am respected and liked around the community. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: It is hard for me to pick just one favorite moment on the server. Getting to know the police community has been a big part of it for me. There are a lot of great people who play daily, and I really enjoy the RP I get from being an officer. If I had to pick a specific moment, executing search warrants in unmarked cars would be up there. That was great RP to be part of. I also had a lot of fun experiencing the racket event as an officer Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: DanielG. ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If someone RDMed me while I was off duty, I would handle it the same way any other player should. First, I would make a staff ticket and include what happened and any evidence I had. I would not take my own ticket, I would leave it for another staff member on the server, or contact one who is active in Discord. If nobody was available, I would player report on the fourms so there was a record of it for staff to review later. If the same person started RDMing other players, I would respond to their separate reports as staff, but leave my own report for someone else to handle. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: First, I would keep track of what I personally saw and clip it. Even if each incident was small, I would note when it happened, especially if I was seeing it fairly often, I would then bring my evidence to a staff member higher than them, or use the forums . .If I saw it happen again, I would add it to the report. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him: I would treat the ticket the same as I would for anyone else. First I would get a statement from the person who made the report and ask for any evidence they have, such as a recording. I would then hear my friends side and check any logs. The fact that I know them and rarely see them act that way does not prove what happened. I would make my decision based on the evidence and the rules, not our relationship. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Yes I think it could be a concern for bias. If another staff member was on, I would let them take the ticket so the situation could be handled by someone who does not personally know the player. If I was the only staff member on, I would take statements from both sides, check the logs and recordings, and do my best to judge it fairly. I used this website and got nothing home - STEAMID I/O but alright I mean it does exist I'm not gonna dispute that. It's my brothers account lol. Is there any way to be unbanned or can prove I'm an original user then? My brother did me dirty. Can't prove that ofc so I get it if I'm still banned but I myself have never joined this server and the RP sounds higher quality than DarkRP.

What is the point of all the coding and all the work put into the warrant system if its never going to be used? No cops actually go through the minimal effort that is using the warrant system. Just from the beginning of September until now there have been 21 warrants filed, all either petty crimes or racket events, but the month of August only brought in 13 warrants. I know first hand from my time within PD how often warrants are secured/executed. Here are some suggestions I have to make the warrant system feel like it actually exists for both parties; Grace period/execution window prior to publicity of a warrant - Based on severity of crime, jail time being faced, prior history, and anything else that could be connected to a person committing a crime should have a period where the warrant can remain private. Up to the Judges discretion and points made before window of publicity could range from 24 hours for minor crimes, to 7 days for major warrants (Murder, or plea deals that give life sentences). Incentivize filing warrants through the system - Give a small reward to the officer that files the warrant/executed the warrant. Similar to a bail system, judges can also put a small prize on the head of someone getting a warrant on them, which could be collected with their paycheck in the computer. (image provided was a premade template of what this could look like) Create more RP - If someone is informed that they have a warrant they will likely do 3 of the following actions; 1. Turn themselves in - encourage more Law RP within the server. 2. Avoid police by any means - Sit within properties, stay masked up, run from authorities when questioned. Ultimately add more charges in the end. 3. Quit playing/delete the character - Majority of warrants are mainly just an excuse to immediately rush someone. Once the person deletes the character or goes inactive for more than 3 weeks warrant will be updated to something along the lines of "This person has fled the city". If the person with the warrant is to come back after inactivity the warrant will be replaced on their person, where cops will be informed that they have returned to the city. Use more investigative options - Government channels, especially the DOC exist for a reason. If there is someone with a warrant and you know that they work at a property and they return to turn themselves in you can follow the government channels to get more arrests/cause more harm to factions in the long run. This is including property raiding, arrests on other individuals for aiding and abetting. Allows warrants to be powerful, but not overpowered - All the retarded "secret warrants" that are filed that just arent put in the system goes against the whole reason why the warrant system was introduced in the first place. It gives an opportunity for police officers to still do the arrests and large busts that they yearn for, while giving the crims an opportunity to choose their fate with the character. I am well aware that alot of these points I made are already being used day-to-day by the police, but why add something that is supportive of both sides if its never going to be used? There is no reason to have the current in-game warrant system if nobody is ever going to use it. All the options that the crims were given are just going to be thrown out the door. Of course this is just a suggestion, but I think I speak on behalf of atleast a few crim mains when I say that there should be some opportunity. I am open to hearing any counter arguments or any other suggestions regarding this.

Hello, I have not played on this server in years but I recently came back and found that my account was banned supposedly for being used as an alt. I have no recollection of using an alt on this server, and the person whose ID it claims I was an alt for, Steam ID: 52916632 does not even exist when looked up on the SteamID website. If you check my steam profile you can also tell that this is not an alt account. I have over a decade of steam use and hundreds of hours in many games. I would appreciate if this ban could be reviewed. I genuinely do not know why I received this ban and I would like to take part in the server.
