Hello Saulshitman, Here is the thing, the user made some pictures of you when you had your gun out on safety, whilst this could lead up to felony charges if you do not have a license. You can only kill them if you are sure they 100% ratted on you! They did not rat yet or were going to as they were hiding in a bush. Killing Rule 11; You may not kill people for witnessing you commit a crime. You can threaten them to ensure they do not report it but you have to be 100% certain that a user has ratted to the police before you can take violent action against them. You didn't even make an attempt to threaten him with; " hey there will be terrible consequences if you don't delete these pictures" you just instantly riddled them. I'm going to be very honest and that is that 7 days is lenient for someone with 7 RDM PO's.

I have ties with golden dragon, i was in the process of joining them and shit came up, i was getting money by robbing to buy drugs then to buy guns from the lucchese when i join them again after the golden dragon so i can get the 15k hiring bonus, i just got a mp40 from a mug which i can go sell and buy my class 1, my charcater is not a mugging character. HI staff member involved somehow Yesterday I literally told you no to pking someone, and told you your character was way too new to be mugging and that you needed to focus on RP for a while and ease into the mugging. You freaked out on me, made a discord ticket, and demanded the PK be accepted, to which an additional staff member informed you of the same guidelines. So you're a bad boy.

Hello! Banning admin here to provide a bit of context. Your character had 7 hours of total playtime. By your own admission, this character was created after being PK'd from Lucchese, and you were using it to "come up" and "get money" while waiting to rejoin. A character with 7 hours of development has not been established long enough to carry any meaningful consequence if lost during a mugging. Per the Mugging Rules: "You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay." A majority of your time spent on this char appears to have been searching for mugging victims. Today alone (8/29/2026) you have tied up and mugged three people. A character with no faction ties, no established relationships, and minimal playtime being used to mug removes the risk that is supposed to come with mugging. The rules are clear that mugging carries the possibility of a PK, and that consequence only works as intended when the character committing the mugs has something to lose. With that said, I wish you luck on your appeal my dude.

I’ll reply to each point made by you individually. Firstly, the use of third person here does not constitute as third person abuse. While the mugger may have used it gain an edge on you, this is not third person abuse. Third person abuse would be using it to see through solid objects you would not normally be able to do, such as walls to see inside of a building. As for the PK appeal that an uninvolved member graciously posted, that PK was overturned for reasons beyond the use of third person despite not being detailed in the reply. Secondly, while the doorway is SLIGHTLY in view of the NPCs line of sight, I believe it is far way enough and not in its direct view for it to not be an issue. Regardless most of the mugging takes place while you are inside the building/doorway. Lastly frankly I don’t believe it’s too much of a coincidence for someone to be waiting to mug someone who comes into a back alley & back door of a building. Kind of a prime/realistic mugging spot honestly.

I understand that my opinion is going to be unpopular, and incur not least a few slurs or angry ramblings, but I believe that Dan Alfredo served wonderfully as a roleplayer in this server. EVEN IF, he's a cop main, which I assume is why people are continuing to shit on his appeal as though he actually did something grave and unforgiveable, there's no reason for this to affect your view on him as a person. He was excellent in what he did, and where he was banned over, was nothing, and will never amount to even a drop of water compared to the literal boiling oceans of diverge playercount. I say boiling, because gmod itself is shrinking, and we don't need to shrink it any further. I believe forgiveness can be afforded to him, as he himself reached out to me and wanted me to actually give his Mr. X suits (I owe him when they come out) to Daniel K. Park, which tells me he had incredible loyalty to this server in spite of what happened to him. This server is absolutely worth appealing for, and this man is absolutely worth letting back in to do as he's always done.

How about instead PD just have a policy update where they need to write down the evidence form in an IC document and place it into the locker using the already available typewriter

And I was myself very unsure if it was a fail mug due to it being located in the weed alley next to the church. I was informed that it was a fail mug and it was entirely a green zone. I was compliant towards Auxiliary and even agreed I was at some sorts of fault, but he started to bring up a sort of escalation towards a more hefty ban even though it was MY ticket. He started to list off my inventory and my low hours of char time and stated that it was admissible for a permanent ban. Why should you be unbanned?: I feel it is unjust to upgrade a small problematic ticket into a possible perma ban AND having my char PK'd, YES I know it was a fail mug and I take full responsibility to whatever punishment comes with it, but trying to make it permanent? I wasn't purposely having a mugging char, and I'm not even FULLY educated on mugging rules, I only know the bare basics and I've skimmed over the map like twice.
