Nah it's just odd because i had completely forgot about that instant until it was recently brought to my attention. If u get banned for alting or not has like nothing to do with my pk appeal. I'm sure it's going to get revoked either way. I think it's just funny how i remembered a situation where you wanted me to sell your "friend " guns and your friend sounded exactly like u. During that time also everyone was saying u was on an alt account but ig they couldn't prove it.

I drag Andy’s body into the apartments, switch outfits and head models, and come back out. I take this guy in a green suit with me to chop up Matador's body, and we go through the alley behind the pharmacy so no one will see us. Funny enough, the guy in the green suit had two other friends running around by the car dealer who looked just like him. Anyways, you can see the Genovese guy giving zero comms to his homie by the casino. So, it’s a little odd when his friend comes over with a gun and shoots one of the guys in the green suits for no reason. Keep in mind, he couldn’t have known at that point that someone in a green suit was chopping up the body because he hadn’t even turned the corner yet. Kind of interesting how that guy just automatically knew what was going on without receiving any in-game communication. I'm not saying directly that this means they metagamed, it's just odd how the guy knew to kill a guy in a green suit without knowing one was chopping up the body, interesting. Also when the guy comes back around before even hearing my voice, he somehow recognizes me in a completely different outfit/face. This occurs at about 5 seconds into my clip.

I created the character before Andy was set active. I legit watched Andy scam Drakurus. So let's not act like I created the character to pk him. The char was already my main at that point, low hours or not.

I understand that you are allowed to lie in my dm's, however you are lying on this appeal. You can't see us raiding townhouse 3 from Imperial. You dm'd me saying I leaked our dm's in the same 2 minutes that I sent the SS's to Yugi. Genovese helps you , Yugi is genovese. I believe strongly that you had help in this situation and I think it's a little obvious. U lying about knowing stuff in my dm's does not get rid of everything else, as there are many factors to this pk appeal. I've yet to hear your response on how u know that I leaked our dm's. Don't lie because at the time the only person that had the screenshots was Yugi.

So many people on the server including moderators and administrators use the wireframe guns. So until a verdict is ruled on those I don't wanna hear nothing about that. Why this looks like meta game, Andy was in a dark alleyway shooting with a mask on, and niggas decide after i kill him to up for him. Keep in mind nobody inspected his body and they only showed up during the shooting and just watched. With this being said no1 could confirm that was him, he was wearing all black in an alleyway with a mask on. With that being said while on the hunt it seems that he changed his playermodel with surgery. I find it interesting that a Genovese guy would know that was Andy while he was on the run, did they communicate in game after the model switch, who knows. I also find it a little more interesting that while dm'ing the staff member Yugi about this instant, almost instantly after i start sending Yugi my dm's with Andy of him admitting to metagaming, Andy dm's me and asks why im trying to use my dm's to get him banned for metagame. This occured in the same minute btw, and nobody else knew of these screenshots other than me and Yugi, oh yeah and Yugi is genovese the same people that were helping Andy, what a coincidence. I am not accusing Yugi of leaking my dm's and helping Andy, but I think it's definitely something to look at. I fw Yugi and I don't think he would do this but the timing is crazy. I was contracted by Bao Zen Nosha to mug this a specific person that either left or was unwhitelisted in Takashashi. He said to grab all the Japenese items that they might have and to return them to him. Upon identifying the female and initiating the mug, I noticed that they would not put their hands up. Given the knowledge that they were in Takahashi and I had recently worked at Takahashi, I knew that this individual may be in possession of a firearm. With this in mind, I did not want to restrain the individual without them putting their hands in the air first as a safety precaution. After many warnings for this person to put their hands up had passed, I decided to just end up shooting them because they were not complying with my demands. I don't see how this is pk hunting, given the contract and it's details. I would understand how this looks like pk hunting if there was no reason behind the mugging. If I was just mugging anybody with clothing store items and trying to force a pk. However, I gave them many opportunities to comply with my demands and they did not listen.
