Like I said, I do admit what I did was wrong and I had no idea that I was breaking the rules. Just was confused on why you said mugging char. As I have done the same exact thing in the past without punishment , I fr had no idea what I was doing was breaking the rules.

First of all, I would like to say I had no idea that shooting someone inside of the PD before they were put in cells was "raiding the pd". To my knowledge, only lockpicking or trying to break someone out of a cell would be considered that. After I have been banned many times and knew I was on the verge of a permanent ban, I was trying to keep myself out of trouble. Not thinking I was breaking the rules, I tried to help the guy that was cuffed in the lobby, when you first get into PD. At no point was I trying to cause any trouble other than just simply trying to rp and not break any more rules. I would also like to say that I never mugged anyone on that character I was on at the time and have no idea why Monaclu just added that on to be extra. The only person I had even been apart of tying up was "TANNER" with his consent. I would also like to point out I took nothing from him and if you check my logs it's pretty obvious that I didn't mug anybody. Im not stupid enough to keep mugging on alt chars after coming right off of a ban for it. As for the pd raid part, I had never done it before and had absolutely no idea that I was breaking the rules. I would just like to say if I do get a chance back on this server I will never get banned again and will do a thorough look at all of the rules again and will only strictly rp with my peers. I will also never mug on alt chars again and will be a good diverge player and only RP. I have played this server for so long that I have realized I dont know what I will do without it. First of all ive mugged up to 15-20 people on my de leon char and went for a mug the other day so you are wrong on that part. Second, my history being banned is because I was newer to the server and not fully aware of the rules and just mugging crazy on a fresh character. Banned and pk'd for mugging char, this was not mugging char. Item transfer and mugging char are quite a bit different. I feel this pk was unjust because first of all I barely ever even play my de leon char and plus this was sort of a main character/not mugging char. I would understand the pk way more if I had actually just made a fresh char and started mugging.

I'm sure monaclu could vouch I did have a encounter with him at city hall as he was passing by asking if there were spots open and saying that I was a former cop. If you check azanti's clip tho it does not even look like the cop is in the bush and more so on the sidewalk tbh. I feel like a better story would have been portrayed if there was a clip of the whole situation on this appeal so everyone could see everything that had happened. Also in the clip provided the windows are black so what was on my screen could not clearly be seen. Also, I said "I think the cops are outside". Meaning, more than 1 cop, so If i had esp hacks I would obviously know that there was only 1 cop instead of multiple. WIth someone rolling up to the townhouse in hearing range I would be inclined to think cops were outside because as we were running and closed the car in the garage a cop passed us .

So, I should stay banned because I'm a "Low quality player". "If it was me, I'd ban you anyway because I'd sooner hang myself than have share a community with a more devolved group of retards." All you're saying is you don't fuck with me or anyone associated with me and would ban me just because of that. Also that you think I'm a nuisance to the server. You have said absolutely nothing relevant to the ban appeal that could show I was hacking. Talking about my other bans on this ban appeal is irrelevant and proves nothing. Besides the point, 2 weeks for this appeal should show there is not enough to pin me as a hacker and ban me from the server.

If I was in my inventory trying to lend aid to someone how would I have seen a cop with "esp" that was behind me. Also in your clip out the window is black and not what would have been on my screen. Btw the reason I stopped in the sewers and kept looking back is because I got lasered and didnt know where it was from so I figured it If I kept running toward the light it would raps for me.
