Out of all my muggings on Hans since being back, I have only pk'd a few people. Also, the clip someone provided somewhere above this of me only mugging someone with no value is about the only clip of me mugging someone with no value. So, get your facts straight and quit acting like all I did on the server was mass mug and minge. You, just like a lot of the people in the server, just don't like people mugging, it's as simple as that. I have written in a document every mug I have done on my Hans character since being back and only 2 of them didn't have serious value. Sure, there was a rare occasion where I was in an alley and couldn't see that someone didn't have serious value. But acting like that's all I went for is completely wrong. Never did I mass mug, NITRP, or PK hunt. I only hear people complaining about the mugging problem and never telling people to put their gun on safety in alleyways. If you are dumb enough to have no guns out in a mugging zone then you are just stupid and deserve to be mugged. Also just curious because apparently all I did on the server was mug. Is there any proof of that? All I have seen from you ( the banning admin ) is just saying it was a group decision from other admins and they feel that's all i've done aswell. It would be nice if I could see any sort of proof of this pk hunting, mass mugging, and NITRP that you're speaking about. Never did I pk hunt, never did I break the rules by mass mug, and never did have no intent to roleplay.

I suspected that this person had items on them worth money and it's kinda hard to see in the ghetto. I would also like to point out that I didn't even shoot the guy, I would have tied him up and took what he had but the guy I was mugging with killed him.

I can see how being an avid mugger could be breaking the rules if that's the only thing I do in the server. But it's pretty clear and people have even said it on this appeal. I run the gunstore, sell guns, grind, and hire as many people as I can as of now. Just because I mug frequently doesn't mean mugging is all I do. Who cares if I mug someone every now and then? I'm risking the character that I've been grinding on and had for the past 2 years. It seems like if mugging is this much of a problem, even when done correctly, it shouldn't be in the server.

I understand this isn't the best clip to highlight my roleplay but does show some type of rp. I don't usally clip normal rp situations as that can be a waste of space. Most of my clips are just when I get rdm'd so I can make a ticket.

I was laughing because one of my other associates came in and was escorted out by the owners for some reason. (Glamour Punk) Which I thought was funny because we kept roleplaying as if nothing had happened and as if we didn't know him.

The reason I have been at the Garrison so much, specifically, is to get more hires for my faction and sell guns to make a bit of money and stimulate roleplay. I personally have been tasked by my faction leaders to get more hires for our faction and try to help with numbers. I find that more competent hires usually show up looking for a job when they see advertisements posted rather than just hiring random minges on the street. Hopefully, this could give some perspective on the situation, and I understand how it could have seemed odd.

I understand what you're saying and that is sorta how the clip appears at first. It I had a full clip of the whole experience, it would show two of my other associates role-playing buying a suit. But, only a part of it was fully clipped. It would show us doing /me's and asking questions in the process, which can be shown in the logs as well. Hopefully this helps to get further insight on the clip. I understand it was cut short.

Hello, To respond, I'm not claiming that I am the best roleplayer on the server by any means. I admit that mugging can get excessive at times, but I simply utilize it as a way to roleplay and make money. As mentioned, I have made a great effort to dial it back and make money in conventional ways on my roleplay character (drugs, oil, etc.), but I also like to diversify my money making as, in my opinion, grinding all the time can get very, very boring. I sometimes struggle with the constant pattern and cycle of grinding drugs, so I utilize mugging every once in a while to make money-making more engaging for me or the other person I'm mugging with. If unbanned, I can promise that mugging will be dialed back even more, most likely to a figure of once a week at most. Thank you for your concern!

Hello, I would like to start this ban appeal off with my perspective of my roleplay. As far as I have been informed by both the banning staff member and other individuals I have spoken to, the behavior that led to my ban were my statements within the underground advertisement and my issues with mugging. To address my underground advertisement behavior, all I can simply state is that the words said in underground advertisement's do not reflect my character's roleplay. I am man enough to admit that the things I say in the underground advertisements are REALLY, REALLY stupid. Many times, I post before I think about what I really say and, if unbanned, I can promise to improve upon that. Secondly, in accordance to my previous offenses and my "mugging character", my previous permanent ban (unbanned in January 2026) was due to a PD raid, which I apologized deeply for and realize what an idiotic mistake it was. Upon being banned, the individual who banned me claimed that I was "excessively mugging", and also pointed out that in my previous ban appeal, I promised not to mug. In my ban appeal, I stated that I would stop minging, harrassing people, and mugging people. While I can admit that I have mugged while unbanned, I have gone through a great effort to dial back my muggings, along with ensuring that all muggings adhere to all roleplay standards. I would also like to mention that this was all on my main character I've had for years and have followed all the mugging rules to a tea. It is also important to mention that this character has a lot of value, discrediting the idea that I am a mugging character. Subsequently, as mentioned, I have greatly improved my roleplay standards since my previous ban. In my current faction, I have not only created several roleplay situations with friends and other individuals, but I have greatly enhanced my presence in my faction through recruitment. I am positive that after being given a second chance, I have made much more of a positive impact than a negative impact on both my faction, and Diverge Networks overall. Turn the construction site with World Corp. - World Corp was a beautiful building, and it brought a lot of different rp to the server. Everyone loved World Corp and its a shame that it got burned down. I think the construction site could be a good opportunity to bring back a new and improved World Corp. #bringbackworldcorp

Yeah it definetly looks like it could have been a mistake on my end. Where the gun was so small maybe I just missed it because the clip looks like it could have blended it with your jacket. It didn't help that you had a big gun on your back so maybe I just missed the pistol, not sure. If that is the case sorry for all the confusion.

Must have been a typo as I did put this appeal together rather quickly. I think I meant no more mugging chars. As the ban was for a mugging char when I raided pd. I would like to clarify that they called it a mugging char for raiding pd and not mugging people. So, my ban wasn't related to mugging. For everything else I said, is absolutely true. I've been roleplaying on the server ever since my ban and have been abiding by the rules.

As the person that initiated this mugging in my mind I was almost 100% sure he didn't have a gun out and sadly my medal didn't clip the altercation so I can't provide a second POV. I will say with the quality of the clip and the angle it's hard to say if he had his gun out from this clip. I personally went frame by frame and it looks about 50/50. I think for just the fact that you can't tell in the clip along with the bad angle and quality it would make sense that this gets appealed. It looks about 50/50 when you go frame by frame. You really can't tell whether it's his shirt or a gun in certain frames. In this freeze frame you can't tell if thats his shirt or a gun

Back when I played this server frequently, I was very immature and would just go around calling everyone the n-word, go on random mugs and troll. I was mostly focused on making money and robbing people on my main character and did stupid stuff on my alts. In this time I did really enjoy the roleplay aspect of the server, but I did break the rules on occasion by accident. Although I did try to avoid getting into these situations and breaking the rules, but I was always doing something stupid and would always get caught up. I've been banned now for a little over a year and I want to say that in this time i've really stepped away from gaming for the most part and matured as a person. I really do miss roleplaying on this server and all the fun I've had. If I get unbanned, I plan to roleplay and add to the servers experience instead of take away from it. If I come back to the server I won't be mugging at all, shouting at people for no reason, or breaking any rules. I plan to join a mafia again, meet new people and have the same fun I had when I started without being immature and making rash decisions. I really do regret all the stupid things I did in this server that led to me being perminately banned and I apologize for them. If this does get accepted I just wanna say that I will be coming back to the server with a different headspace. Also, for this specific ban in question, I came into the PD and started shooting at like 3-5 cops that was arresting one of my friends and ended up accidentally shooting him aswell. I was on an alt character being stupid and just trying to find any reason to kill someone and didn't realize that killing cops inside of the pd is considered a pd raid. Even though I was just being stupid, I genuinely was trying to stay within the rules of the server as I had just came off a permanent ban. In this particular situation, I was trying to kill the cops and save my friend but I clearly wasn't thinking straight. I had no intention of doing an "Unauthorized pd raid" and didn't even know that that was a thing. Since playing on this server i've matured a lot and will be coming back in a completely different way. If I get another chance to be apart of this server I can promise that I will contribute to this community. No more minge, muggings, harassing people, and doing stupid stuff. First of all, I would like to say I had no idea that shooting someone inside of the PD before they were put in cells was "raiding the pd". To my knowledge, only lockpicking or trying to break someone out of a cell would be considered that. After I have been banned many times and knew I was on the verge of a permanent ban, I was trying to keep myself out of trouble. Not thinking I was breaking the rules, I tried to help the guy that was cuffed in the lobby, when you first get into PD. At no point was I trying to cause any trouble other than just simply trying to rp and not break any more rules. I would also like to say that I never mugged anyone on that character I was on at the time and have no idea why Monaclu just added that on to be extra. The only person I had even been apart of tying up was "TANNER" with his consent.
