But as time goes on I am starting to notice a lack of staff around in the morning times into the early afternoon where situations are taking place and there is nobody around to assist. But those who know me know that I am a solid, reliable guy that is always there for those around him. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I don't have a specific moment that I can put down. But I can say that all of the late night/middle of the night moments that happen in the city. A lot of unique personalities and moments at these times, they always give me a good chuckle. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation and inquire about why the situation happened. Next I would see if a ticket has already been made, if one has, I would help out by passing the clip to the member of staff who took the ticket. If there is no staff around to take the ticket and/or they are busy with something else, I would make one final attempt to get someone else to take the case. If not I would take the case and issue out the appropriate punishment. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence (clips) of this staff member discreetly. Once I feel I have gathered enough evidence I would send it up the chain of command, being available to provide any and all information I have collected. +1 I know that I’m permaed myself and haven’t had the best interactions with him recently, but the perma ban seems a little egregious. The dude is a good guy and most of my rp experiences on Diverge come from him and a couple other people. He’s a good and legit rper. He embodies the biker/gunslinger archetype The majority of his bans come from when he was a new player. He’s changed his ways immensely. I feel it’s unfair to add on previous bans. I believe what would be best is to give him one more chance and make this a couple week ban. I’ll reply to each point made by you individually. Firstly, the use of third person here does not constitute as third person abuse. While the mugger may have used it gain an edge on you, this is not third person abuse. Third person abuse would be using it to see through solid objects you would not normally be able to do, such as walls to see inside of a building. As for the PK appeal that an uninvolved member graciously posted, that PK was overturned for reasons beyond the use of third person despite not being detailed in the reply. Secondly, while the doorway is SLIGHTLY in view of the NPCs line of sight, I believe it is far way enough and not in its direct view for it to not be an issue. Regardless most of the mugging takes place while you are inside the building/doorway. Lastly frankly I don’t believe it’s too much of a coincidence for someone to be waiting to mug someone who comes into a back alley & back door of a building. Kind of a prime/realistic mugging spot honestly.

Hey there I was the PKing staff. You were set offline pk active a few days ago. The reasons given were not fulfilling an internal faction agreement, lying to the faction and not paying faction dues. The evidence given for suspected cheats I'm not going to get into and is not directly part of your character appeal. Cheating is wrong and will get you banned, If you have evidence, please file a player report and it will be looked into. This is not the proper forum to explore such a sensitive issue and it will not be commented on in a character appeal.

It's pretty self explanatory: Allow anyone in the NYPD who is forensic certified to inspect vehicles for recent lockpick activity on that vehicle. Same results as running the plate, but under a different tab. Could be interesting to see the police investigate things down this avenue.

Im going to add onto this because I was shot by Jaquium saprano/ killed Ash bash. First of all, I hire auxilary into Kinahan and made in capo because we were in need of another capo. Jaquium and "Ashban" full crash because i guess they hate auxilary. So jaquium decides to leave the faction. I would like to preface by saying I was already planning on killing ashbash because ic i know he has been going around mugging people. So, when I find out that jaquium leaves the faction and they are both on a crashout sprea together. I decide to quit delaying the inevitable and kill both of them. So, I put orders on "AsHBASH" and Juaquim saprano and tell tanner about it on discord and he doesnt seem to care. Turns out instead tanner decides to go meet with them in game and tell them they have orders on them. But, keep in mind I only figured that out later on discord. So, what do I do? I go around with Auxilary and hunt these niggas down. I got shot at and then came to the conclusion that maybe tanner is a fucking rat and metagamed. So I take that information, call staff and report the metagame. I DM both of ASHBASH and Juaqium and tell them that they are fucking snakes for crashing out over nothing and its pretty obvious they are trying to kill me and that they are metagaming bc they dont know IC.
