Hello, I was the member of staff who handled your PK. You were set active by a member of your faction's command who had been given capo perms, regardless of whether the don, underboss or anybody else in leadership knew. Your faction then contracted out the hit to Kosher Nostra. There was a variety of reasons on these PK orders: causing internal harm, bringing drama to the family, lying to command over and over again, telling people of a false coup and making people leave the family. It was due to this number of reasons i saw fit to set you PK active. Good Luck on your appeal.

I have no idea if any of these complaints are valid or not, but what I can tell you is that there are several steps to make sure that if staff truly don't take tickets seriously and are failing to enforce the rules, there are not one but two forums sections for Player Reports and Staff Reports, not to mention the fact that you can make a support ticket to bring the issue up DIRECTLY TO UA! Complaining in the forums on non-related sections about you getting arrested ICly for a valid reason looks pretty pathetic, especially when everyone is already calling you "poopdick". If you're unhappy and don't want to play Diverge, feel free to go play FiveM or whatever your heart desires, but if you truly want something to change and you think there's an issue that needs brought up, do it properly instead of making a fool out of yourself to the entire community.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was killed because I took OOC clips of one of our associates acting up towards another friendly faction's member. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: What they called "providing information to another faction" was simply me taking a ooc clip relating to a Genovese associate acting out about one of Todaro's members. The only time a clip is considered IC is when it is filmed with a camera or CCTV, which neither of those were true. The clip was simply shared for the sole purpose of context, how the fuck can you get killed for taking a clip for someone? I did not go up to any member of Todaro IC and provide them information myself, simply was passed through word of mouth after I spoke with both the Todaro associate and the Genovese associate to ensure everyone was good as that is quite literally part of being in my position, which it turned out they had not been and it turned into a beef. The clips were taken during the the speak with both Todaro and Genovese associates, something that the Todaro associate would have knowledge of because they were there in the room... The Genovese associate has had previous issues within the faction, especially related to paying dues, yet I'm the one with my brains on the pavement. As a member of command is it not considered the norm to take clips of these situations? The fact the clips were shared around had nothing to do with me, practically meaning I was killed for OOC reasoning. All I did was take the clip and use it for context, not go up to Todaro command in game and provide them a camera with footage or even speak to them IC about what had happened. Pretty much meaning they fabricated a scenario in which I had done such a thing just to kill me. The only interaction I had with Todaro about the situation was with the Todaro associate during the speak to see what was going on and to clear the air. You can also see in these DM's with DopeasRoe, him quite literally saying he cant use what he was being shown ic cause he knew that it was OOC after the clips got out, which contradicts the reason I was PK'd does it not? This is all over a stupid drama relating to two associates and me taking clips. The fact that I was killed for clips says what it says. No solid evidence on any wrong doings, all just metagame bullshit.

Hello, I am the administrator who handled your Permanent Kill. As outlined in the PK Guidelines, civilians that are not associated with criminal organizations may be killed by an organization as a result of them collaborating with a government agency to take down that specific organization. In regards to the PK request, I was provided a video of you admitting to the organization's Don and Underboss that you had, in fact, written a witness statement in regards to a mugging incident they were involved in that would implicate them legally. This would fall under that same category of collaboration with a government agency. Additionally, you mention in your appeal that there was metagame involved, and that you only stated that you had written a witness statement because he had been discussing something in the Local Out-of-Character chat. This would unfortunately not fall under the metagame category as all communication in game, outside of the LOOC chat, is considered in-character (see Metagaming Rule #10). If there is any additional proof to justify your claims of metagame in regards to your PK, I would be more than willing to review it. Good luck on your appeal.

I will also add, if the orders only say something along the lines of providing information to another faction or something of the sort in my eyes that falls under the same stipulation as “bringing heat to the faction” which just recently got a pk overturned for not providing enough context or in depth explanation to the reasoning itself.

I feel as if the legal side to this server is very slim. Obviously this is a mafia server so being a criminal is everyones goal but, I think adding new legal jobs for new players would be a great addition. Maybe even add more to the already existing legal jobs, add earnable promotions in the company. I just feel like with a well established legal side in the server it would also add more to the criminal side. Extorion, bribes, etc. It could also add more to alt chars. You'd be able to hop on an alt and take a break from grinding bricks, standing around, running a shop front.

If it was the incident with the dead body at the ghetto, than there was some major metagaming to find info about any of that. The guys that came up to me and accused me OOC'd that they had a corrupt cop tell them what they know. I know they didnt do corrupt cop roleplay, plus it was only Bruno Carson and his superior who knew, he said he'd guarantee me that. I started to question him, then not just that, but the logs will show that my location was definitely metagamed. He was standing right next to me the whole time, no phone call, nothing.
