In conclusion I am sorry for being a retard for sharing my account with Hakai, I did not know he was gonna do anything bad with my account or even try to use my actual account as an alt. Why should you be unbanned?: It has been almost 3 years since the ban, 3 years basically without GMod or any roleplay games. I would like to say I have matured over the time, I also joined the army of my country where I met SJ who told me about how much has changed and it made me want to be a part of the whole scene again (Yes, SJ is literally a squad leader in the same platoon as me, I am the gunner on an APC). I always loved Diverge when I played and I should have made this appeal earlier, I again apologize for my lack of intelligence. Was asked to drop an in-depth review on this one. +1 with consideration Pro - Good play time - Enjoyed the layout of the backstory and enjoyed reading the backstory. - Well written and easy to understand. - I like the diversity Con - I found your actual forum post a bit hard to read because it's a solid wall of text, I think if you either broke it down or moved it into a G doc it would be easier to read. - You repeat yourself a bit too much talking about the organization of the faction rather than giving us actual unique RP ideas. - This is a soft con, your whole faction idea revolves around doing PKs as contracts - everybody in a faction wants to do PKs, it's one of the most fun things to do... You need to explain why a faction would go through you guys rather than give it to one of their guys for RP enrichment. Saying 'we're professional killers' isn't enough for me. Advice - I think for fun RP you should do what I call 'demi-kills' essentially giving your lower guys a kill contract and have one of your other guys swap to an alt so they can kill them *safely* with some good RP ops. Will definitely help if there are no actual 'contracts' to keep people entertained. - I think all in all, for me personally I'd need to understand what do you intend to do if nobody wants to hire you for PKs.

We were selling tickets for a boxing event inside AND outside the restaurant, with active RP and customers nearby. The officer entered with his gun out, which immediately disrupted the scene and scared off people trying to buy tickets. This hindered our business. We asked him multiple times to leave the property because his presence was interfering with our roleplay. He eventually stepped outside, but stayed right near the entrance, which continued to deter customers and hurt the RP. I ask that it be recognized that escalation with police cannot merely start with punching a cop. I'd be PKed in a heartbeat, or be a tactical disadvantage. Instead, I waited for his conduct to continue to go on, he clearly wasn't intending on deescalating or leaving the area. There was no fail escalation here. From my perspective, this felt like harassment or an attempt to find a legal reason to shut down the scene. That’s why people began recording, as part of RP. I wasn’t trying to break rules or escalate improperly — I was trying to protect the RP we had going. Hello, PKing admin here! I began this investigation after another staff member alerted me through staff chat that they may have witnessed a rule violation. After thoroughly reviewing the logs, I confirmed that you and your accomplice processed your own faction’s racket and placed the drugs into the trunk of a vehicle. Your friend then switched to a civilian character in order to sell those drugs to the vendor, and afterward transferred the full amount of money back to you. This is a direct violation of Character Rule 7, which states: "Likewise, you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in any way. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." As both of your friend’s characters were directly involved in this transfer, both were issued a PK. Your other character was not involved in this incident and therefore was not PKed. In addition, both you and your friend were banned from the server for a duration of 5 days. Best of luck with your character appeal.

How did I assist in the transfer between characters though? If I helped process drugs for someone's Alt I was unaware of it, I helped everyone that asked to process drugs. And as for the grabbing of the stuff from all I knew was one of our guys got banned and I was trying to grab his drugs out of the room to ensure that illegal items do not get left unattended. I was unaware that it was a mass ban situation and was only told one of our guys had gotten banned, if I should have left those drugs there then I would have if staff instructed me to as I was unaware of this.

Him being a Principato and having to listen to Hakai isn't his fault because the man is used to taking orders and executing them to perfection as far as i've seen as a sergeant. I do see where you are coming from and understand, but the only evidence for me grabbing that stuff was him telling me an hour or 2 prior to his ban that he bought something like 40H and that is what I was grabbing. I only keep a notepad of stuff that I have in my stashes and will be happy to hand over any items that I had taken that were associated with that. I am unsure of how to gather the evidence that I was unaware of the alting, but I will cooperate however is needed. I appreciate the insight into this and making me aware.

I'm a crim main these days and I gotta say it's fucking boring. The cops are so neutered that if you get arrested as a made guy these days and they didn't powergame you somehow, you're probably genuinely retarded. There used to be risk to doing shit out in the open. Now I just kill people in central park, pick up my casings, and run away knowing that the case is cold as fuck. Grind brick, rinse, repeat. The only threat is a possible snitch. Undercover ops are pretty much moot since staff is currently okay with you and your friends inventing a random made up person to "collect debt from" and you beat them to nlr. If you don't do it, your op is cooked. If you do it, your op is cooked. Crims genuinely have no idea how easy they have it after having been on both sides so thoroughly. The DOJ is neutered. The bureau of detectives is neutered. Look at everything "major" that has happened to different organizations in recent memory. Cassanos got their pp smacked bc they didn't do proper due diligence. Lucchese got a smack on the wrist for similar. Bonanos again similar due to people dying but they're bouncing back. There's probably other minor nuisance headache setbacks other factions endured for 10 minutes then moved on from but the point is there's really only risk caused by your people being genuinely retarded, not high level police work. Make crims have to be smart again. No pain no gain. My money is where my mouth is on this one too.

Demarious Black isn't a "Mugging Char." It's an Enforcer for the Supreme team and has deep connections with the Federation and the Popov. This is the only character I use and the one I use most frequently. Therefore, not a mugging char. Mugging cooldown is 15 mins, and we didn't do it back-to-back. The last person we mugged was 3 hours beforehand. NITRP isn't accurate, as this mugging was contracted from Supreme High Command due to a recent court case lost. Yes, I regret having POs but over 3 years of RP and doing risky moves I've had to learn the hard way. None of the POs I have are related to Mugging. Hello, as far as the item transfer goes to, the alternate account which hopped in the vehicle was involved, however the main character which was pk'd "richie" wasn't involved, all the money on the account was made through M processing which i have video evidence of. The main account never placed or processed any H into the trunk of the car, and I can go over the video evidence any time. It was only the civilian character account. Like stated prior, I have ample video evidence of this for my Main character. The civilian account was only to help my buddy out which I will admit fault to, but in no way shape or form was the main character "Richie", involved in the H processing or placement in the trunk, especially for that given amount of time which the staff member was alerted. i would drop the files here, but they are apparently too big to drag. Please let me know if you'd like to see them, i'd be more than happy to show them.

There was no intent to bypass progression systems or exploit mechanics—only to continue roleplay and move goods in a stalled market. If this does fall under the rule’s interpretation, I understand and will not repeat it. However, I’d appreciate reconsideration or a reduced punishment due to the ambiguity and lack of malicious intent. As for the screenshot, we had several barrels of meth that we professedly processed. The guy I was playing with has lots of time on the server and never said anything about being banned so I truly did not have any bad intent. I understand if i swapped characters or something... but the Richie "Fat Pussy" Luciano never item transferred between characters OR between another player's vehicle for them to grab, nor has the character profited from it's own racket, H, with all the profits and money made on the account being accrued through the processing of M, which isn't the racket of the faction I was in at the time with the character. Again, I have ample video evidence, and reading through your explanation makes no sense since I have proof that the Richie "Fat Pussy" Character was never involved in the incidents you saw. My account getting banned and the other alternate civilian account, Treyvon "Treydey" Wazzupits getting PK'd makes sense, but I don't get the Richie PK. That I won't deny, but the Richie "Fat Pussy" Luciano character never item transferred Heroin between another player nor put it in the trunk of a car for another character to then grab, then sell. All the profits of Riche "Fat Pussy" Luciano were from M. The fact that all the H baggies were in the bank is further proof of no item transfer or profits. Sure it was processed, but maybe make remove the mechanic of processing if this was a breakable rule. I think the fact that all the baggies being banked is evidence of no item transfer, none of the processed H was then transferred to circumvent the blockade or whatever. I just don't think justifies the PK especially when Richie didn't item transfer, if it's a problem with processing then show me explicitly the rule. Again, i have video evidence of this, and your explanation doesn't refute any item transfer bans. The H processed was never sold or transferred from character to character to bypass or exploit a mechanic, and if the processing of H itself was the PK offense, then maybe don't let me do that? I mean i literally went up to it and it let me, there was no blockade. Furthermore just take the H out of the bank and make me lose the money i spent on buying the H bricks and processing, not a PK... i got the vids if you want to see for yourself, also check the logs.

To start there is zero bad blood on my side, The rule you are posting is stating that I am transferring items between MY characters OR acting like a middleman is just factually incorrect. I never switched characters and grabbed items, and I did not act as a middleman by picking up items and giving them to someone else. I understand how this is trying to be painted as me knowingly or maliciously trying to cheat some system, but I am genuinely new in terms of actually trying to join factions and play the game, not just hop on, talk to people and get off the game. I am very confused on how I had a partner who has played this for years also did not know about some rule that I'm being painted of doing is even a thing. I truly was having a great time; we won a comedy night we were getting recognition and playing the game safely. During that run I had some of the best times I've had on gmod and was getting ready to spend the whole duration of my broken foot grinding this out. Also to point out the response I am replying to from the admin is literally a copy and paste from my partners. I truly hope this can be resolved because I have a lot of grinding I was hoping on doing!

I have two personal favourite SPCs that I would like to see, these are the following: SCP-3008 (The infinite IKEA), This one would be great because its a building that could add loads of RP to the server as well as an area to PK??? After reviewing the situation, I understand that switching to an alternate character to assist a friend falls under item transfer and character swapping rules. At the time, I was genuinely unaware that this was not allowed, and I take full responsibility for that mistake. That being said, I would like to respectfully clarify part of the reasoning behind the PK. I was not processing my own racket’s H, and I have evidence to support this. I was processing M at the time, while any H I had was being purchased and stockpiled for potential future trades rather than actively processed for my own racket. I completely understand that rules are in place for a reason, and I take accountability for the violation I did commit. However, I respectfully feel that the punishment of a permanent kill on my main character may be disproportionate to the situation. This was not done with malicious intent, nor was it part of repeated behavior or an attempt to exploit the system at a large scale. It was a one-time mistake due to a misunderstanding on my part. I truly value the server and the roleplay environment, and I would not knowingly break rules to gain an unfair advantage.
