Theres a few points to point out here. Firstly, Officers are unaware of this ongoing event in character. So you mentioning these packages and delivering them is not know by your character ICly, and there for metagame. Secondly, as the banning admin mentioned you were assisting a criminal faction in delivering a package. More importantly, a faction you have a character in, simply not a good look. Whether or not the arrest was invalid or not doesn't change that fact that you initiated a violent confrontation with the detective. Per the rule you quoted yourself, the officer did not start the violent confrontation, you did. And this can and likely will lead to a PK. Sure the arrest reason was weak, but it could have easily been handled and beaten ICly. "Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK"

I hope that you truly have learnt your lesson, and IF this gets accepted you won't be silly with ur PET flags again. honestly despite ur low time i’m impressed by this app, definitely has been way worse. realistically i don’t think you are ready to be a faction leader AT THIS MOMENT, but later on with more diverge experience I could see this be a well rounded faction. this server is drastically different from fivem, and especially roblox lmao one thing i will say. it seems as if your legal business idea is pretty dependent on having a gun racket. which you’ll come to learn is quite a hard thing to obtain especially for a newer faction. other original legal revenues would work better and make more sense for a starting faction.

While it may be true that you died to crossfire and that’s why you weren’t arrested, I was still told that you ran into the room with the police as they entered. Once again if you weren’t the snitch I am sorry I don’t like to take any risk at all when it comes to security. It’s hard to get a 100% certainty all while making sure more incidents like that don’t happen again. So, If I get any suspicion it’s best to nip it in the bud before it gets worse, which is what happened to you.

I (the don) was the person who ordered your death. Your death was linked to the situation that happened at the Napoli room prior, after that happened a few people that are allies of ours came to me ICly stating that they witnessed you run into the room with the police and then run out. This came off as questionable to me and a possible hole in our security. Which I take very seriously in my faction. Additionally the fact that everyone in that room was arrested BUT you also came off as questionable. To be 100% safe I decided it would be best to have you killed. I lost two good earners in that raid and couldn't take anymore chances. If you weren't the snitch well, sorry, but I must take all measures possible to ensure the security and longevity of my family.

In your own clip you linked of you ramming that guy its clear you were just minging with you vehicle and RDM baiting. It seems like you have little intention of properly roleplaying or escalating confrontations appropriately. The family/faction you were in ordered your death due to you "causing problems, disrespecting fellow members, and starting drama". When you join a criminal faction you agree that there is inherent risk that comes with this life, the most major being the possibility of death if the leaders of the faction so choose so. Unfortunately for you, you were murdered right after you got out of prison.

While yes situations like this could be considered an in character issue. It is quite clear in this situation that you and your friend were ONLY there to cause issues and be a general nuisance to her for no real apparent reason. I do believe your actions may constituent less RDM baiting and more general minging then anything, I think that with your playtime and note history you should know better by now. This ban has expired.

Hello PKing admin here, One of the leaders of the faction you were killed from requested your death, the reason listed for your death was due to you giving the faction a "bad rep". When joining a faction you agree that there was inherent risks that come with doing such, the main one being the possibility of death. From what I can tell by logs you were somewhat deep into this criminal life, ordering drugs on multiple occasions. In regards to your OOC bias comment I can't exactly comment on that. I saw a ticket was made regarding dons orders on your character, took the ticket, made sure you accessed the racket and set you active.

Hello, This situation is pretty cut and dry and anzati already touched on most if not all bases. You must have a proper role-play reason to attack and kill someone, in this scenario you did not. I suggest you read the killing rules, everything you need to know will be outlined there. Additionally, as anzati mentioned, you cannot raid the police department in any circumstance so any kills from a false "raid" would be considered RDM, like this very scenario you put yourself in. All in all what you did was against the rules in more ways than one. I believe you should be happy with the ban time you received as frankly 3 days is a little lenient. As I mentioned before I really suggest you take some time and read up on the killing to avoid this situation arising again in the future.
