Hello, While there is an argument that could be made whether the individuals involved with this mug could be mugging characters or not, something that will be looked into. My main issue with this mug and subsequently the PK lies with the execution of fear RP. At the beginning of the “mug”, when demands are being made at “gun point” the weapon of the mugger is on safety. This means your character is not under legitimate fear rp at this moment as the weapon isn’t being pointed AT you. The weapon is eventually taken off of safety, which is when fear rp would properly be imitated. However less than a second later, ~0.5 second, you take out your own weapon. Presumably in response to the previous “threat” when fear rp was not applied correctly. This does not allow sufficient time for you to realistically respond to the threat and comply demands when placed under PROPER fear RP.

Hello, In the clip provided, it’s clear that while you may not have been the one to physically lockpick the door, you were actively involved in the raid. Involvement like this opens up the possibly for your character to be permanently killed in the event you die in the raid. And unfortunately for you, that happened to be outcome in this case. In the clip you are shown standing outside the door with a baseball bat, alongside a member of your faction (same person who lockpicked), and even shouted 'go go go' as the shooting began. These actions clearly indicate your participation in the raid.

Hello, Unfortunately I was the one that administrated the PK on your character. To begin with, I would like to apologise for this PK being a little delayed. I understand that you were told by two different admins that you wont be getting PK'd as a result of this situation and getting killed from it 2 days later can be frustrating. So for that I apologise. Now to get to the whole point of this appeal. The reason why your character was PK'd was due to it being deemed that the chances of you accidentally pulling out your weapon whilst your friend/factionmate is getting arrested is highly unlikely, more probable that you had intentions on shooting this officer in defense of your friend.

Hello, all the different claims you made throughout this appeal have been carefully considered and investigated by multiple people. Nothing was found to be against the rules in this situation, no NLR, no cheating, no metagaming, etc. Other parties have shown plenty of context that helps re-enforce this situation as a valid PK.

Instead this had to do with an instance of you repeatedly telling a made man within the family to "shut up" last night, even after being told to watch your mouth. seen here. Considering your previous incidents towards mademen in the faction they believed it was best for you to be killed.

Hello. As you said yourself and as shown in the provided clip, the officer was attempting to arrest you and you retaliated by attempting to kill the officer by stabbing them and ended up dying as a result of it. On this server that is grounds for a PK. This is not staff punishment, there is no second chance here. I suggest you read through the PK rules/guidelines to get a proper grasp on how PKs go about on this server.

Hello, you were PKd due to leaving the kirov bratva's whitelist which is ground for a PK. The two week rule you are quoting is in regards to the time limit the faction has to wrote orders on you. If they write orders within two weeks of you leaving they may kill you past two weeks of you leaving. Which is what had occurred in this scenario.

First thing I would like to note is that you have been consistently getting into firefights with officers under the guise of "i have a warrant". This has been an ongoing thing for some time now as boomroasted has mentioned. Also in this specific situation you may not have fired first you clearly had the intention of doing so by pulling out your weapon off safety and aiming at the officers. These two facts joined together show that you very clearly had the intention of starting a violent encounter with these officers.

The claim of you scamming/failing to paying up after losing a death roll was checked and validated by logs. You say that you didn't want to do this roll by his terms, Though, you very could have easily simply not have done the roll if you did not want to play by the terms of the other party. You did not do this but instead decided to continue doing the deathroll and evidently never ended up paying your debt.
