If you’re using drugs, process them and use them. if you’re selling them, process and sell them. if you’re in a faction with drugs in racket, you can’t sell your own drug once broken down to NPCs. you have to trade for other faction drugs and then process and sell those. this is a shorthand breakdown and I’d urge you to read what Dutchxcat said and follow his links if you really need more info. Disrespecting administration of a game you’re begging to be let back into is probably the smartest thing you can do to prove you’re acting in good faith.

They are extremely busy and have to queue up/prioritize taking care of this stuff. They also have to look into and investigate every case because these decisions are not small. Be patient.

Either way, the way it works now is pretty fine. There's no real reason to need to put it in a bag on its own. There is supposed to be a risk involved in doing these things. That's why it's so profitable. Guns definitely made sense because some can be seen just from holding it. Drugs don't show up in your hands when you carry them, so a bag is completely unnecessary. The point of gun bags was not to carry more, but to be able to conceal a single gun you carry. As a matter of fact, gun bags typically take up more room than the gun it's concealing in your inventory. Just be glad nobody can physically see what you're carrying.
